88th Annual Academy Awards - Part 2

I have and I loved him in it, but being that Scorsese was behind that, it just barely feels like branch out.

Django might actually be more what I'm talking about.
That is fair.

This is so fantastic. :funny:

Leo and Bale are my two favorite actors... But Leo is wrong on climate change. It's definitely a real thing and we are contributing to the problem, but we are responsible for not even 5% of it. It's a natural cycle occurring since before the ice age and there is literally not one thing anyone can do to stop it or make it better. If it wipes out the human race, that is nature's way. Trying to prevent and mess with something natural is worse for the planet. We'll either make it or we won't.

Sly not winning was the only downside for me. Mad Max not grabbing at least director was a bit crap too, but I always knew Miller wasn't a lock, so that was easier to bare.
I WAS SOO PISSED THAT SLY DIDN'T WIN!!! I wanted to hear the Rocky music if he won. I felt the same way about Miller. I wanted Miller to win, instead of that overrated Inarritu. I felt Mel Gibson could've really elevated THE REVENANT from dragging hell.

DiCaprio winning probably increases the chances of us seeing him in another tentpole film in the near future. I'm happy for that.

99% of scientists said that the acceleration is due to human activity like fossil fuels.

But I agree, if it wipes out the human race than I'm fine with it because mother nature will still be there and hopefully animal life will flourish.

With their awards out of the way, he and Redmayne can finally do that Cannonball Run remake we've all been clamouring for.

The man who has scored so many immortal films has finally got what he deserves.

Scott Pilgrim is going to be one of those films in 10 years we look back on, and wonder why it wasn't appreciated the way it should have been. Look at the talent in that film.

It's one of the most underrated movies that I know of.
