Supergirl All About The Ratings!!!!!! - Part 1

I think Gotham's fate hinges upon whether or not Fox can find someone to replace the departing actor on Lethal Weapon. If they can, Gotham will get cancelled and Lethal Weapon will be renewed. If not, the reverse.
Yep, I assume this is what they're waiting on. I hear they're scrambling to find a suitable replacement ASAP, so if they aren't able to very soon, Gotham may be spared one more season.

Damn Lucifer is gone before Gotham? Wow......

The CW shows did very well in the Live +7 in week 31.... SG increased 100% and iZombie increased 150%

Arrowverse co-producer Greg Berlanti has set a record. 13 shows that he produces or co-produces are on the air at the same time, the most anyone has ever had:
Berlanti Prods., which is under an overall deal at Warner Bros. TV, saw only one of its eight 2017-18 broadcast series canceled, ABC’s Deception, and added three new ones — God Friended Me and The Red Line for CBS; and All American for the CW.

The company’s tally now includes All American, Arrow, Black Lightning, DC’s Legends ofTomorrow, The Flash, Riverdale and Supergirl for The CW; Blindspot for NBC; God Friended Me and The Red Line for CBS; Chilling Adventures of Sabrina for Netflix; Titans for the DC Universe digital service; and You for Lifetime.

That doesn't even include other stuff he's doing like Constantine: City of Demons or Freedom Fighters: the Ray on CW Seed.

The numbers for last night's Supergirl was 0.5 and 1.5 million viewers.

steady...steady...

The numbers for last night's episode, Fanatical, are 0.4 and 1.47 million, which may round off to 1.5 million.

It was pre-empted for baseball in the NY region, apparently.

Ahh, sports. Always playing havoc with ratings. That and severe weather.

The numbers for this week's Supergirl are 0.4 and 1.6 million viewers.

Preliminary Ratings are

0.5/1.85

If those stand then it ticked up in ratings and viewers....

Good increase in viewership because I felt Supergirl would draw around that averagely.

Only the total viewers went down a smidge: 0.5, 1.83. Still not back up to where it was pre-hiatus, but better.

It's still doing well when you think about what time of year it is. I wonder if this will make TheCW think about doing a summer Superhero show.

They should do those crossovers in the Summer instead of year-end.

I'm personally still in favor of my summer Superman mini-series pipe dream. :oldrazz:

Yes, please.

If The CW can only use him sporadically, then this should be the way to do it. We may "know his story," as the pilot's opening narration went, but do we really?

Sure, the basics are there. But what about his childhood in Smallville? Are Jonathan and Martha still alive? What are his ties to the Legion, if any? This could cover the basics of his origin story up until Kara's pod lands on Earth.

I really don't know what the circumstances were that they couldn't bring Hoechlin back for even one episode this season. I get that Kara's battle with Reign was one she would have to win on her own (and also the fact Clark/Superman has his own battles), but the fights against Pestilence and Purity could probably have benefited from the more famous cousin helping out.

They probably felt that having Mon-El with her would be enough.

Rating for the season finale is 0.5 and 1.8 million viewers. This is the final Supergirl for Mondays as we look forward to her being on Sundays in the Fall.
