I wouldn't trust the guy who said he was at a screening and then tweeted about it to Russell Crowe. He has previously claimed that he was going to play Morbius, the Living Vampire in TASM2.

**************.com/fansites/MarvelFreshman/news/?a=71167 replace the "stars" with Comic book movie (no spaces). Unable to post unbroken link for some reason

Asim Ahmad (@asimaahmad):

"score is very reminiscent to Hans's score for Inception with some great moments if themes like Batman."

So that supposed news is a scoop from CBM, from - of course - a source, that Jenny is Jimmy's sister. Yeah, wow, what a big cool piece of news. :o Nobody cares about Jimmy anyway. :oldrazz:

Yeah. I don't trust him.

However, the actor who was originally supposed to play John Stewart in GL w/ Ryan Reynolds said he saw it and said it was a masterpiece, and he doesnt have a track record of lying on twitter.

you all know the score is going to be basic i think they were quoted before starting this that they weren't going to try to redo beethovens 5th or somin also

Honestly, the score is the last thing I'm worried about.

Yeah...

So i'm off to bed! :hehe: Night all!

About 35 days left for a new MOS trailer, if all the rumors are true

The overall score will be cool... But I really hope that Zimmer has created something incredible for the main theme. And there BETTER be one!

Eh. I'd say that the score is pretty high up for me. Top 3.

The tone is #1 and the writing/story is #2.

It's just not important to me. It's very rare that I notice or remember the music in films (though there have been some exceptions). As long as the film is good and the music isn't distracting, I don't really care what it sounds like.

I so can't relate to this. Music is so very important for me to get the right feels.

What I wouldn't give for someone to have transcribe the remainder of the total film article regarding MOS right about now...

Patience. Since I doubt we'll get anything else for the remainder of the month, it would do good if we got the article in a few days. :oldrazz:

All of these so-called descriptions of Zimmer's score are hilarious. So... you're saying it... sounds like a Hans Zimmer score? Mind. Blown.

I know some people have some trouble describing music, but honestly, if you can't offer a single specific description (heavier on the drums than strings, fewer sweeping romantic cues than action cues, that sort of thing) then why bother saying anything at all? Especially when it's as generic as "it sounds like (insert recent popular score by same composer)."

I hope the score manages to at least satisfy the majority of you. Seriously. I know the majority of you are concerned about it. I'm more worried about the portrayal of the characters, the story itself, the quality of the acting, the believability of the CGI, etc. Not to imply that you (or anyone else) isn't, but the score just isn't one of my primary (or even secondary) concerns.

Can't believe that this really crappy Monday that I just had was the same day someone got to go to a WB-organized MOS screening. Talk about an unbalanced world :argh: (yes, I do believe this guy).

If it makes you feel any better, somewhere a Superman fan died and won't get to see it at all.
