Are there any "early reviews" that are true so far? Which of the ones that have been written, if any, are true (or do you think are true at the very least)?
I'm always fascinated how much the younger generation (younger than me, the old fart) write about being bored.....I don't have enough time in the day to get in all the things that I have, want, and need to do....I have no time to be bored....maybe I'll schedule some boring time for 25 years or so from now.

There's such a lull because we're so close to the finish line and we haven't even scratched the surface of this movie in terms of images, trailers etc. I think the sooner the new trailer is out the better.

You know, I'm so used to it by now that I think I'd be okay with very little until the release -- keep the mystery up. I think I'd be okay with that... I think...
I know, I understood that. My comment was how I think it is funny that I hear younger people saying they are bored all the time. They may be referencing one forum or all of life.....but to me it's funny to hear people say this....because I am never bored.I'm saying this particular forum is boring right now, to me.
I'm probably older than your dad...but yeah, posting on the Hype really brings the differences in generations out for all the see and contemplate.Heh, You sound like my dad or something. You are from another generation so you are suppose to think that.
I haven't played a video game in 6 or so years. I was never much into them (arthritis makes it hard to work any controller)...but I always loved Spyro the Dragon when I did play them. That post started off as me being snarky JimJim and then it turned into a real post. I get being nostalgic about certain things pertaining to the entertainment industry which is why I brought up my frustation with me favorite videogame series. In general I just don't like most modern games.
I don't think it's known which is true and which is not![]()

Yeah, this place is on life-support.![]()

All I know is I'm ready for it, we've waited a lot longer than the two or three years of production for a modern version of Superman on the big screen. This is the one film for me, I've waited most if my life for this and I have no doubt after I've seen it ill know I've seen the greatest film of all-time.

Its a two edged sword. On one side it really sucks that we know and have seen so little about this film..other than the obvious, we pretty much know zero about the plot. We don't even have a clue ( yet ) what the score will sound like. we arent even sure if more villains, like Lex, will show up or be mentioned.
The other side of that sword is, its great that we do know so little. I practically knew EVERYTHING about SR going in and wasn't surprised by anything, including the kid.
I will actually be surprised this time by this film's story, and thats a good thing. I'm sure nolan wanted it like this to make the experience for us better when we do see it, and snyder most likely agreed.
we are so close now that I dont even care anymore. Just show me the next trailer and i'm good to go..
Yeah it's like with Batman Begins I'd already read the script, it didn't exactly ruin the film for me but knowing very little would've definitely made the experience more satisfying.
