I'm more interested in more posters than playoffs. I'm still perplexed about the fact that there is only ONE POSTER!!!! :argh:

And I'm just fine with the lens flares. I know it's become some running gag on the intertubes but I don't care I'm fine with the lens flares. They don't bother me one bit, I actually like lens flares.

Back on to Superman: Yeah I'd perfer posters as well.

JJ is directing like Bay. he is not shaking the camera and knows how to cast good actors. but other then that its a 90% Bay movie IMO.:oldrazz:

i am so serious right now that its funny. :woot:

Bay has cast great actors. It just so happens that he, they and his audience know that kind of film they are making. Next people will be saying Mel Brooks didn't cast appropriately.
Malkovich was playing one of his various comedic parts....not being a bad actor nor was he being poorly directed. I would fear the worst for Dwayne Johnson but fan boys have no gripes against that new comedy.

That being said I do tend to agree with Dark on a certain level. Go watch one of the many critically acclaimed eps of say, Next Gen, and then watch the abrams movie...it's seems more loud, sexy, fancy and generally more accessible than what many purists would have wanted. Hollywood at it's best. And this next one seems to have half naked women and shorts skirts all over the marketing.

I'm totally on board with the music now. I'm a Zimmer fangirl though so take my opinion as you will.

A Heads up for those interested, the NBA Playoffs have just started and I'm beating on one of these commercial breaks we shall see some MOS. :woot: So if you like NBA playoff basketball it's going to be an added bonus. :woot::woot: Boston vs New York right now.

It's a close up of Superman looking down. Very simple very poetic.

I'm the opposite. I've never been a big fan of Zimmer but hearing the trailer with the music only has convinced me on him. That drum beat is just sick. I don't know about anyone else but it gets me pumped.

Has the Comic-Con poster ever officially been used outside of Comic-Con though? As far as I know the handcuffs poster is the only "theatrical" poster, i.e. hanging in theatres.

I love Jor-El's line "Goodbye my son. Our hopes and dreams travel with you" and just the way that Crowe delivers it :D

Me too. Especially with that music. It's my favourite part of the trailer. I actually replay that a few times before I let the rest of the trailer usually :)

Hmmm you may be right there. Anyway they're bound to do some character ones or soemthing, probably won't be too much longer.

I hate you because your opinion is different from mine!:mad::mad:

I'm just kidding, thats nice you like the music. :)

I ready like what we've heard so far from the score, and this is coming from someone who's not a fan of his Batman work. I do love other things that Zimmer has done though.

Yeah I've seen it at many theaters in my area.

I know I got the ComicCon one free in a magazine... I can't remember which one. It was either SFX or Empire.

So I posted Grace's trailer #3 review a couple days ago and NOBODY said a word about it...haha

Civil conversations aren't allowed! Argue with me! Lol. Kidding. Anyway I think he had an uphill battle making a memorable score with John Williams' being so recognized, but I'm glad he made something completely his own and I give him props for what we've heard so far. Can't wait to hear the rest when it comes out.
