There've been 2 reports about what the Fotress is-One is that it is a scout ship of Jorel and another is that it is a ship left on earth by Kryptonian pioneers.Of the two i feel Jorel ship is more likely due to the fact it clearly is an House of El ship bearing Jorels suit and responds to Jorels key.Which do you think it is?

Nope, the former (JorE-l's scout ship) was rumour. The latter (it being the ship of Ancient Kryptonian pioneers) is confirmed by EW. Jor-El probably new to send Kal to Earth because his science cast ancestors were part of the pioneer expedition. It would also explain why Zod would need 20some years to catch up to Kal-El and find him since he was no privy to the location.

I've never owned a Superman cape would it be wrong to buy one now?

Looking at Warner Brothers' track record when it comes to marketing materials (i.e. poster art), they need new folks like the ones that do Disney's MCU movies. The one-sheet artwork for TDKR was terrible, and even the last couple of HP films had the same TDK look to them.

The artwork for Iron Man 3 and Thor: The Dark World have been excellent. Can you imagine artwork like that for TDKR or even MOS? That would be spectacular. I don't expect the final MOS one-sheet to look that good, but hopefully it'll look decent.

Can you get tickets for these premieres?

Can you get tickets for these premieres?

I'd be very surprised if you could. Usually it is for journalists and industry insiders only. With a few celebrities thrown in for good measure.

Sometimes there are things done on the radio/television/web where you can win tickets to a premiere.

You just need to keep your eyes and ears open, I guess.

David Goyer will be doing an "Ask me Anything" tomorrow at 4pm Eastern time on Reddit: http://www.reddit.com/r/iama

The AMA is supposedly for promoting "Da Vinci's Demons" but knowing Reddit, more than 50% (hell, I would say 80%) of the questions will be about Batman and "Man of Steel". Hints about future projects and the future of the DC universe may also be dropped by him.

This may be an AMA worth following.

Let me tell you something. I bought a shorter red cape for my Rags Morales costume this past Halloween, and there is something extremely freeing and exhilarating about wearing a cape. I walked out on my porch and felt it flapping in the wind and it was awesome. I wore it around the house the entire night.

I say go for it!

will the Empire magazine only be available in the UK??

will we get it in the US, too?

It was impressive, But it would have been nicer If the Lois voiced was a litlle younger since the credits had Amy Adams listed as Lois .
Kind of breaks the illousion.

^ It was cool until the Lois lane voice (it sounded more suited for a TV reporter) and CGI supes close-up at the end. I think a silhouette of Clark at the end would have worked better. That being said, it's very impressive overall.

"Just follow your heart, kid... and you'll never go wrong." - Babe Ruth ghost in The Sandlot

Lol. I'd buy one if I saw one, just for the hell of it. I've never owned a Superman shirt, but I did have a cape as a kid. It's why the image of young Clark running around with a cape means the world to me.

Pfft we don't even get midnight viewings! :cmad:

So that's confirmed then,no midnight viewings? ..bollocks :csad:

So who is going to London on the 14th to watch daytime shows? And are there any tickets left for the IMAX BFI 3d daytime shows?

Has anyone made plans to meet up?

waiting to get my ticket for Westfield London, went on to the MOS part of the website and saw this lol

notice the length :woot:

Pacing better be good!!

In all seriousness, I ask myself would I pay £20 for a 1 minute feature on Superman? I'm ashamed at my answer lol :)

Not long to go!!

Edit: bollocks the pic didn't work. Oh well, it said the length was one minute :p

In case all you are wondering, the screen at Westfield is massive, massive. On par with IMAX.

There's definitely day time tickets left for the BFI. I'm not going til the 9pm showing, Hopeful is planning on catching the earliest showing that day, since there's no midnight ones :[

:lmao: Oh the irony of you making that criticism given the insanity about Amy's age in the Lois Lane thread.
