So DC artist JIM LEE saw a private screening of Man of Steel, says it was epic....

"You get to see all the powers of Superman in all its glory and I think people are going to blown away (...) Special effects are incredible but it's got a lot of heart. It brought me to tears actually, a couple of times in the movie and that doesn't happen a lot."

Of course he liked the movie. He's the Co-Publisher of DC Comics....

Remember when Lee was promoting GREEN LANTERN and said it was one of the best DC adaptation ever...that was before the box office flop....

Maybe he's sincere, but you can't trust them 100% since they're trying to sell it, time will tell. BTW, I also live in France (Lyon), cheers!

I'm sure it will be explained in the movie how Jor-El and Kal-El are able to carry out conversations. Advanced AI, he could of put his own predictions and assumptions in the AI, Braniac type of program or something. Who knows. So many places this can all go. I'm so excited.

i have enough of this AI Joer El computer BS who is able to talk to his son like he is standing there. i hope in the context of the movie the dialoge works.

i was hoping that in the reboot Clark will do some of his own choices to become superman and learn himself his powers.i hope Joer El doesnt tell him everything like in the previous movies and tv show. there could be some itneresting scenes when he is traveling the world.

i guess in the next reboot.

They can make space ships that can send babies across the universe and sentient robots. The AI stuff is easy in comparison. Tony Stark can do that.

Is pretty much word for word from Secret Origin. Someone also made a cool comparison between some panels of Clark running through his school halls and young Clark at the beginning of trailer #2 which matched up quite nicely, and again with Lois and Superman holding hands in the CC trailer, that's in SO too.

I'd rather they not be able to have a conversation at all. It's fine if it's a pre recorded hologram telling Clark about where he came from and who his birth parents were and even have prerecorded answers to predicted questions but for them to be able to have a completely flowing and natural conversation about say, girls and how to attract them would just seem off to me.

Guys question: a friend of mine is writing an article and he's focusing on the Planet a krypton not blowing up rumour now other than these two article pieces:

In the Empire column it's not a direct quote but the article is describing Krypton in this film and it says: An impossibly large ancient sun is about to consume them all.

Also this quote from Zack:


Ahh I can't remember I'm sure it was in one of his recent interviews, only thing I can find is this "I really wanted my Krypton to be this kind of special place that's immersive and totally different from Earth, but not unbelievable. And ancient. I really wanted to give this ancient feeling to Krypton. I love technology that's rusty because it's so old. It's so advanced, but it's so old. The whole glasses as a disguise is even worse, but most fans roll with it, otherwise you can't enjoy the character completely.
