If it can deliver on its EPIC potential, yes it is.

It looks to literally have something for everyone:
Realism for nitpickers, comic-bookish stuff for comic fans, blockbuster moments for the GA, emotional warmth and depth for critics,romance for the ladies, a big anthromorphic scale for cinema buffs as well as big sets, sci-fi elements for scifi fans, fantasy elements for fantasy fans, and what looks like to be ultimately a clear-cut sense of good and evil for the kiddies. And will easily top "The Mandarin" in terms of a villain.
