32, but I appreciate you carding me; I don't get it enough nowadays :)
Oh crap, that backfired you are actually a good stalking age. :o

I was just shy of my 19th B-day when I joined Hype. I can't believe I've been here for 9 years...where has the time gone?

So anyone want to dish out some theories on why the other kryptonians aren't present in the battle of Metropolis (well at least as far as we've seen)

Because Zod is an arrogant bastard but Faora just likes to fight :o

Actually, if Zod is a "general" by definition then he would have battleplan for dealing with Superman, and probably tested his strength with the other Kryptonians first before approaching Superman himself with Faora and Nam-Ek.

In case you guys missed my response on the last page. The speculation is only based on the info from the book we already discussed and footage released so far.

Solid speculation that makes very good sense. I am sold.

I haven't seen the book so I have no idea, but maybe Smallville is first? And Supes takes care of some of them in Smallville, which is why only one or two are left in Metropolis? No idea.

The Black Zero is a huge ship and even with a lot of automation, I assume it requires at least a few people to operate. At least some of the group must be busy doing so. We see Faora on the cargo aircraft, so if I am right
and the job of the military air convoy to go reactivate and crew the Fortress, Faora is probably away from Metropolis trying to stop them.

Thanks, I really hope I am right because then it means that Supes can eliminate Zod and his followers without killing them.

Well, if not in Metropolis, I hope the battle in Smallville gives one hell of a battle melee between Superman and Zod's forces. Just as Superman punches one foe away, another comes in and lands a punch and so forth.

One thing that might not have been considered. What if the Black Zero needs a crew to run it when the beam is on? Perhaps that is what Faora and the rest of the crew are doing, and then Zod "rides out" to meet Superman in single combat.

I wonder just how much action is in the film? Because they are showing a lot and no I am not complaining at all.

I think the only real question is how large the final Battle of Metropolis is. Everything else seems to be pretty evident imo. It just that final brawl that has me wondering.

Not almost, I am 28. That gif is killing me. lol

I was gonna throw out like 62 different Joey gifs after that, saying the same thing, but then I just thought, "meh, she's 28. She knows where my bushes are." :woot:

Which also has me curious. It's obviously going to be epic but I wonder how we get from a train station to destroying metropolis to fighting a ship. It seems EPIC and makes me wonder what order everything goes in and how bad exactly it gets.

To add I guess I would even say that I wonder how much affect the military has. They seem to be present in Smallville but at the same time if the destruction we've seen in Metropolis can happen, can the military do that much to help in it not be that catastrophic in Smallville?

Or will it be equally as destructive.

So basically, BLAHA;LKJSDFIO;JAWE;FJIAWE;OFIJ

I do enjoy a good stalking but it's something I have to gear up for. So, I'm not in the bushes tonight but you never know what the next few days will hold...

The lawn guy is coming Tuesday to trim them all up, so it should be much more comfortable for you by then.

If you need sandwiches and a gatorade or something, just look under the light post in the middle of the yard. I'll even throw a 5-hour energy in there for you since you aren't unbearable.

Why can't all my targets be such gentleman? It's always "stay away or I'll call the cops!"

I love how superman rolls when he is catching that soldier. They really did apply some realism to the special effect and superman's powers.

If I didn't provide food and let you hang in my bushes, it wouldn't be so easy to make the "because then you'd never see what I was working with" joke. Duh.

It's also interesting because for some movies, it's really obvious when they're taking all the trailer money shots from one main action setpiece. But there does seem to be a lot of locales for all the **** that's going down, which definitely makes it seem like it's gonna be wall-to-wall action the whole time! :funny:
