Not to mention he was a very big Spidey fan.
It was also an origin movie of sorts: an origin of the formation of the team. Origin films are always safe as hell. Which makes me damn excited for Avengers 2 to see what Whedon cooks up.With the Avengers, I think a lot of it was down to them playing it safe.
Cap Am: The Winter Solider excites me greatly. Imagine if it's a quarter as good as the book? Why I am much more excited about Avengers 2, and all the sequels in Phase 2 really.
TASM ..
I didn't give a crap about Coulson dying. That plot point was beyond weak.
t:

Careful, you're making Majik very unhappy.I totally agree. Who gives a **** about Coulson? And the banter between him and Captain America "watched you when you were sleeping" was cringe worthy.
Other than that I loved Avengers.t:
(and that deleted Cap scene with Stan should have been in)

You would just need to pay up an extra fifteen bucks in DLC to have Superman fly more than ten meters, or fly faster than a speeding junky.guys, I'm watching the XBOX One reveal (yes, I'm just catching up to speed on it)..........
and I can only imagine, with those graphics and capabilities, what a nex-gen Superman game on X1 and PS4 would be like!!!
heck, I'd get it just to experience what it feels like to fly and soar through the skies of Metropolis!!!
please, gaming Gods, we need a great Superman game!!!!!!
Origin films are always safe as hell.
And anybody who dare disagrees simply has an agenda against Snyder.
Hasn't that been the case with most Origin films? I admit BB delayed it a but further, but the hero doesn't show up conspicuously until after the first act. Heck, Iron Man (in his classic red and gold) showed up even later than Batman did.Not really. Batman Begins was the 5th live action Batman movie during a 16 year period. They took a pretty big risk of NOT having Batman on screen for the first hour of the film, and in fact a lot of people were wondering where the heck he was. The easy thing to do would have been not doing an origin movie where the title character doesn't even show up until an hour into it.

This is PURE cinema. The way the shadow hits Cavill as he looks concerned over the fate of the world. I'm convinced that MOS won't just be a great superhero movie, but a great movie in its own right.
