I noticed in the interview no one commends Cavill on getting in great shape for the role and the effort it took him to get to that level. Maybe later interviews will bring this subject up, I mean in almost all of Hemsworth interview for Thor his size gain was brought up a lot.

All I care about is whether the movie passes the Bechdel test or not. Pay close attention to all conversations between Lois and Martha, Lois and Jenny, Martha and Faora & Faora and Lois and see if they talk about anything other than Superman who may be the reason why the characters are actually interacting. t:

Perhaps because Cavill's PERFORMANCE is so powerful, that people don't notice just how strong he was/is.

LOL, I'd laugh my ass off. It's certainly possible though. Most of the dialogue from Cumberbatch that was in the Star Trek trailers wasn't in the final film.

Iron Man 3 also had tons of dialogue and footage (mostly of The Mandarin) in the trailers that didn't end up in the film.

Perhaps because Cavill's PERFORMANCE is so powerful, that people don't notice just how strong he was/is.

When an actor puts in that much work to achieve a physical transformation he deserves recognition. It is after all part of the performance as well, hopefully later down the line other interviewers will gush at how awesome Cavill looks in the movie and how masculine his body is.........

I wonder if there will be a scene at the end where Lois looks at him and says "Wait, something's missing" and then messes his hair a little bit to produce the S curl. That would be kinda funny.

And then Supes is like, "There's something missing for you too..." Then he flies off in superspeed and comes back with a box of black hair dye.
