Seriously that shaving comment sounded like a joke.

No it's not because that is their opinion.

Things that don't bother you might bother someone else. That ending monologue by Gordon in TDK bothered me, I thought it was cheesy and kind of dumb but most seemed to love it.

I thought it was awesome it was one of those awesome cheesy moments that summons emotion from the depts of your heart.

Having a problem with what you perceive as cheesy dialogue isn't the same thing as having a problem with the notion that an alien with powers and highly advanced technology could find a way to erm.. shave his face. To me, if something that trivial bothers you, why are you watching a superhero film in the first place. It's a fantasy. My thoughts.

Well, to be fair, the movie launched an entire marketing campaign around how Superman shaves. They kind of made it a point of discussion.

I personally don't care whether they show it or not, though.

Reviewers. Boooooooo. 'Kicking & Screaming' is currently sitting at like 40% on RT. Still one of my favorite Will Ferrell movies.

True. I think that, along with the funny Conan video, was going for some kind of comedic effect though.

S:TM remains my favorite .. i fully expect MoS to change all that

S2 i found wanting .. it's ok, but doesn't touch S:TM imo .. the cellophane shield :whatever: Zod & Co having dialogue on the moon :whatever: & shooting white "anti-grav" beams from their finger tips :whatever:

i actually didn't mind S3 that much ..

S4 :barf: .. SR, erm .. yeah

MoS looks to be

We'll have forum user reviews in 8 hrs. Now all I need is a bottle of wine and the damn soundtrack to stream/leak.

I'm bored and tired of defending critics right to have an opinion. I'm sick of some posters taking critics to task over a movie that they haven't seen yet. It's ridiculous really. Can't we just take the reviews for what they are then decide if we agree or disagree when we see the film?

Fly over to 'Murrica and watch it with us lol. Might have to use the Star Trek teleporters :D

Ahh I really would love to see this film with a handful of fellow hypesters, it would just seem apt after using this forum to expend my excitement for this film.

Also I think there should be a 'Dajanksta's and PowerCosmic's Big Day Out' thread just for your viewing, initial impressions and review, since so many here are waiting on tender hooks to hear your thoughts ;) No doubt it'd get merged into another thread almost immediately though :p

Goyer on physics :I mean, Zack and his team did a really interesting sort of scale of power, and they did a sort of how much fire power each of the.. .a 40 caliber bullet, a .50, you know, these kinds of things, like a shell grenade would work on a human versus a Kryptonian. Like, you’ll get the physics on all of that, so that like, an M-4 would knock a human back this far. An M-4 would knock a Kryptonian back this far. You know, the fire power from the A-10 Warthogs would knock a human back this far. It will knock a Kryptonian back this far. So, we sort of did all the physics on it, or Zack’s team did all the physics, so that it’s that attempt. So there are rules and science rules within this movie and this universe that things have to apply to, so it’s not just like, magically do whatever.

:)

And yet, Superman can still catch a human in free fall without snapping their spine. I don't mind, though, I'm there to see Superman do Superman stuff. :)

No audio in it but Zod and Jor El are talking while the council is quickly moving out, and Zod seems to have a skeptical look to what Jor El is saying.
