I know them but I never liked Harley as a member. It just makes it too goofy and plus Harley brings nothing to the table. I like how Rocksteady's kind of been making Harley a gang leader but to it's credit, Joker's dead and was dying in City.

And since the Waller led version of the Squad in the 1980's they always have strange and offbeat villains as part of the mix. Quinn is no different.

The thing is, this isn't a plan. This feels like brainstorming. a glorious dream, that seems oddly spread out to fill in dates. AT this rate, Cavill will be bald come the next Superman solo film.

i know it is hr, but this seems presumed from the cw show being out already. I find it hard to believe they do two different allen versions and both of them being younger versions at that.

Specific to DC-related areas, the knee-jerk whining about hypocrisy for Marvel is readily becoming as annoying as the transparent bias for Marvel. Might as well start handling them the same way.

The best part about this news is that there is a confirmed commitment towards making female and minority-led superhero films.

But that, and this whole slate, means nothing if B v S dosen't hit it out of the park.

Because outside of Wonder Woman in 2017 before JL, it feels a random collection of films. There wasn't even a Superman or Batman film announced. The only sequel announced is for JL. MOS came out in 2013. Next GL doesn't come until 2019. OF course, there could be crossover and more films. But for me, this looks more like when fans toss around what they'd like to see.

The Superman and Batman solos are not dated. In the investors conference, they mentioned that they can place those movies anywhere because they are huge properties. I would guess one in 2018 and one in 2019 maybe?

If nothing else this is where DC is really outpacing Marvel, in 2-3 years time.

Marvel's been pussyfooting on female/minority-led films for a while now and I don't think they'll get their marquee equivalents going until DC makes an impact.
