based off the rumor it won't be Mercy, when has mercy ever been a lead? Who else could it be other than Wonder Woman?

its certainly possible, it's also possible that Lex (if he's in the movie) has been cast and they haven't yet made their casting decision public.

Kara? Not impossible (They did introduce her in the companion comic), but I don't see why she'd be introduced here.

Diana seems more likely since they are actively building to JLA.

I mean, one of the most popular Superman/Batman stories is about Supergirl. I doubt Darkseid will be involved, but her origin has been tied to Superman and Batman teaming up.

i hope its diana, i mean... detroit(gotham) toronto (metropolis) morocco (themyscira?) then the rumor that they were looking for a tall love interest for ben's wayne. now this....

My imagination is not so great folks so forgive me. Lex finds Kara somehow. Puts her under some kind of mind control device and either has her busting things up and blaming Superman or has her doing the exact opposite of that and helping people all over the world while also gathering certain things Lex needs for some super secret project, meanwhile Lex is blaming Superman for everything and showing off his version as someone who is willing to work for the people etc etc etc.. Wayne is of course involved with Lex then figures out something shady is going on and does his "I'm Batman" thing.

Kara seems like an obvious candidate. They went threw the trouble of hinting at her in MOS, and they've been very evasive about whether she'd appear in future films, which is telling. If it is Diana, it should be a small appearance that sets up for future events.

wb really wants a shared dccu, so while I'd be perfectly content with kara, it doesn't really make sense when a ww film seems to be on the plate. i think that would be a missed opportunity for them.
