I don't mind it. TDKT cape(s) looked beautiful.

I would definitely grab that cape and cowl, put them on and run naked in the halls.

One, a part of the Capes and Cowls display. And the other, a full Batsuit, potentially on display with the Superman suit.

We don't usually see the bottom of the cape so it being flat is fine. In TDK Trilogy it was flat, but it had some shape to it when he was gliding, so I'm guessing that'll be the case here.
