Depending on the solos. I frankly don't care if they announce Flash, Aquaman, and Wonder Woman solos.

What bugs me is after a team that Marvel does that's set in space, DC decides to do that with Legion of Superheroes who while they are on Earth are also cosmic.

Instead of maybe greenlighting Del Toro's JL: Dark.

Oh, I see, you're just mad that they didn't greenlight a movie that's probably never going to happen and instead you got rumors about LOSH.

I don't think Justice League Dark is ever going to happen either. And rightfully so only one of their series should have that name. They shouldn't water down that name and franchise by having some silly spin offs. What works in comics doesn't always work in movies.

Yes. Not greenlighting Justice League Dark is my problem.

Explain to me the logic in greenlighting a film because you can do a film that is kind of like a film a different company did with no director or writer attached over a film that is completely different from the film that came out with a director who wants to do it and a script done for it?

It makes no ****ing sense.

Levitikuz...if you follow the link to the Variety article it opens with this:

While Disney and Marvel were busy shooting “The Avengers” last year, Warner Brothers quietly began getting its own all-star superhero pic back on track, tapping “Gangster Squad” scribe Will Beall to write “Justice League,” based on the WB-controlled stable of DC Comics superheroes.

We heard about it the month after Avengers came out...it was in the works for a while

Why even greenlight LOSH, if going off rumor, to try to strike some sort of "Genie in a Bottle", GOTG-style deal? Why not just aim for the bleachers and do a frickin Lantern Corps movie if they're looking for some space flick? Then they get a two-fer by putting out a space movie (ala claims of "copying GOTG success") and relaunch the GL's.

Whatever...I'm just bored at work anyway

How about a team a film full of magic, fantasy, and the supernatural?

Because a GL solo would almost certainly bomb no matter how good it was and WB would lose millions.

Did I miss an article in which a film was greenlit?

No people are getting upset over a rumor that's probably not even true. However as mentioned before if WB is looking for their wild and wacky space adventure LOSH is not it.

Ain't happening, it's probably never gonna happen by virtue of being a Del Toro movie alone, the guy has too many projects he wants to do and not enough time to do them.

Roach was talking about the original JL script announcement when Wil Beale was attached.
And Levitikuz was talking about JL Dark which has not yet been gree lit .

also remember we don't know WB/DC's slate of movies....blasting them over what they are/aren't going to do is rather pointless.
