If we're even lucky enough to get an Affleck solo movie.
If you're gonna do an Arkham film, do it based on the game alone. The GN and game are 2 completely different stories with the only similarity is Arkham is overrun and Joker's in control.
Do it off the game. The game is Die Hard with Batman. Cut out Ivy and the Croc boss and it could work.
The GN you would have to do R.
Flying Gangnam Style?
The Piano Guys, as ever, are awesome... and all three of those cars together? Nice[YT]yFfjUMinFPk[/YT]
t:An Arkham Asylum movie based on the GN would look like this:

I doubt WB would make the film look even more perfect then this fan film because it's already perfect. WB would never take a direction like this for the DC films.
Same here. I wouldn't mind Nirvana being used in a solo Bats movie.
Thank god Warner brothers /DC doesn't listen to their fans.
Man you're getting me so excited! That take on Joker was really interesting in the GN though, i would use that for the movie. The feminine flirtatiousness is very creepy. and the visuals in the GN were amazing, that Joker is insane looking. I also love the look of Joker in TDKR, if the next Joker looks anything like either of those, i'll be happy.
the Die Hard aspects would be taken from the game. but it doesn't have to be one or the other like you are saying, they can take from the GN and the game. They are different but inspiration can be taken from both.
Now, don't break my heart Chip!If we're even lucky enough to get an Affleck solo movie.
I'd probably throw popcorn at the screen and take a hissy fit. I like Nirvana and all, but mainstream rock songs should NEVER be in a Batman movie ever again. I was OK with Prince in Batman 89 only because that version of the Joker just suited it, and the tone was fine for Prince back in the 80s. But one thing i hate the most is watching fan trailers or scenes from actual action/superhero movies where there's some random rock tune blasting over some fight scene. It's real cheesy. If they pick music from a band/artist outside of the main score, i would hope it's something a little more obscure and a different genre. Perhaps something more ambient, psychedelic or a dark ballad. Maybe something more experimental even. But i'd rather they stick to a original score for Batman.Imagine a Under the Red Hood movie with Jason fighting thugs and this is the song in the background

Damn straight!! Not big on Matthew for Hal though. But Aaron for Flash all the way!Am i the only one that thinks we need some bigger names to round out the rest of the Justice League?
I think for GL and Flash, WB needs to cast some actors that will get people excited.
Matthew McConaughey and Aaron Paul would get people pumped for Hal and Barry
Regarding McConaughey's age, Hal has been known to be portrayed as an older guy, and RDJ's age should be brought up. McConaughey can play younger than his age, and I don't think there's anything regarding Hal Jordan that absolutely requires for him to be a younger character.
I think the comics should use the MOS suit, or something very similar to it. Firstly it's a great suit, and secondly the movie has a much larger reach than the comics and therefore the MOS suit is much more recognizable and approachable to people who aren't into comics yet.

To the people that have a problem with Nirvana in a Batman movie. Did you have a problem with Chris Cornell's music in a Superman movie? Rock music can work in these movies when used well. MOS is a perfect example of this. No one thought that was out of place. A Nirvana song could easily work in a Batman movie if it's subtle and tasteful like Chris Cornell's Seasons in MOS. Chris Cornell is a grunge god and they used his music in MOS, it's just as crazy for them to use a Cornell song as it would be to use a Nirvana song.
