Maybe it's me but I don't remember this in BTAS and Batman Beyond. I mean I knew they hooked up but not this.

Please, tell me this is just a manip. Please!

That's really the only thing I disliked from BTAS. I didn't mind Barbara maybe having a crush but I've always been Dick/Barbara.

That and that farmer episode. I remember watching BTAS as a kid but when that episode with the evil farmer with mutated animals was the dumbest ****ing episode I've even seen in a cartoon. Hated that episode as a kid. I would change the channel if that episode was on.

The whole Bruce and Babs things is just so wrong to me. It actually makes me sick at the idea of it. And it's not about Babs being with Dick. It's just Bruce essentially hooking up with one his kids. He created a family around himself with Alfred, Dick, Babs, and Tim.

And it's funny since I just read this too...

Ask Chris #212: The Many Loves Of Batman

I loved that farm episode. Straight up craziness. :woot:

It's real but this is a manip.

Ugh, it must be from the Batman/JL Beyond comics, right?

No that's just a funny photo someone drew with the "only Justice"

I don't care about seeing Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman separately anymore.

I'm ready to see the Trinity together.

I just want a Superman film where he fights Brainiac and a Batman film based on the Arkham Asylum game. It's just Die Hard with Batman. An adaption of the Arkham Asylum game would be fresh to the CBM genre and help the video game film genre.

But Barbara is paralyzed in Injustice and Dick is dead.

I don't know what they're doing in the Injustice comics, I've only seen a few scans of it. But the concept screamed fan fiction **** to me. That's why I said what did.

Didn't know about Babs, but I saw the lame way Dick died.

I really like the Injustice comic and how **** is actually happening because too much in comics things are back to the way they were.

But Dick died a lame death. Also Wonder Woman is a complete ***** in the universe.

I'm still hoping the rumor is true where instead of a post credit scene they have a 5 or 6 minute animated short movie that does take place in the DCU. I see a lot of potential there. And everytime they could have different artists do the art.

But surely people will ***** and moan that it's animated so it's for kids again. Or feel disconnected with the live action movie they just saw because it's animated.

Easy fix though. Instead of a post credit short make it a pre movie short, basically forcing the audience to watch it. Kinda like what Pixar does. Though I'd still prefer it after the credits, for the true believers.

I am down for that. I like animated shorts and comics/animation go hand in hand so it stays true to form. Maybe have companion comics that also are done that way and have different artists that inspire said video. Give me some Darwin Cooke inspired worldbuilding or Legends of The Dark Knight short based on Capullo.

I've mostly seen some GA/BC/Harley stuff. Seemed pretty funny. Also, some weird moment where Batman flew away from Flash and he just stood there is shock.

What did WW do?

WW just comes off as a complete ***** in the Injustice comics. She is completely fine with what's happening to Superman.

I kind of like how Martian Manhunter's feelings are to WW and hers to him but in a way it neglicts what the DCAU had with their relationship. I really liked how Martian Manhunter was brought in.

You know, I thought that idea worked great for watchmen. Tales of the black freighter is one of my favorite animated shorts.

I don't really like anything in Injustice apart from super-Alfred but that's especially stupid given heat vision isn't fire.

So I kind of spent my whole Saturday watching Batman, Batman Returns and Batman Forever with these Kevin Smith and Marc Bernardin commentary tracks synced.

Absolutely hilarious and their criticisms and musings on the films are brilliant.

If you have some spare time I definitely recommend watching.

Can't wait for the Batman and Robin commentary.

Big fan of those too. I lol'd so hard at the "Aaah, I hate women!" ad-lib he does in BF when Batman jumps off the rooftop after talking to Nicole Kidman. I keep checking updates to see whether he's done with the B&R one. Hope he also does the Nolan movies... and it's a stretch, but the Superman movies too. Ralph Garman for a MOS one would be a blast.

As a huge fan of MST3K I get funny commentary of movies that are bad or you have no interest in. The humor generally comes at the expense of the movie but since you don't like it, who cares?
I don't get funny commentary for movies I like though.
Maybe it's just me. I wouldn't want to see someone doing a funny commentary over say, Ghostbusters. It seems a bit masochistic maybe.

I guess I'm just more sensitive to seeing my sacred cows joked about. Sounds dumb probably.

It's like, I know RiffTrax does commentary for new movies and even ones like Inception. I'm just like, "Eh, I'd rather just enjoy a good movie in the way it was meant to be as opposed to jokes poking holes in a good movie.

But, whatever. To each their own.

Thanks for posting these. Got some projects to get to today and wanted something to listen to while I work.
