So, taking the Arcane approach to their release schedule this time around, huh?
They were just really happy they had positive reviews of one of these to show off.Loved the trailer but the S1 reviews they peppered all over it were distracting and unnecessary. Loved the music choice though.
Makes sense with the time jumps in-between Chapters.
That's an easy one to answer. It's for the Nielsen ratings. It's The Acolyte falling off the charts, Bad Batch S3, and Skeleton Crew not even charting. They are releasing blocks of 3 episodes because that increased amount of minutes will amplify public and investor perception of the show's popularity. Disney+ needs a bit hit desperately.I wonder if this was the showrunner’s decision or if this is just Disney/Lucasfilm sort of slightly giving it the short shrift (...)
According to the experts a TIE Avenger.

Looks like besides stealing and re-programming KX Droids from the Empire, he's also stealing their New Experimental TIEs
Yet another look for Andor.
Sienar? "Test Pilot"
If he's impersonating a Test Pilot I'm guessing that is some unique (likely one of a kind) experimental TIE he steals.

If you grew up in the 80s, the movie you are right now struggling to remember, was called FireFox with Clint Eastwood.
I'm very curious what the fourth story is. I feel like I've not been able to discernibly notice a fourth arc in the footage. I imagine there's some in there, just can't pick it out. There's the TIE Factory, Ghorman Massacre, and Mon Mothma Extraction (don't know if it's technically noticeable without some background info so I'm censoring it) from the looks of it, and I assume things like the Saw footage are interspersed like last time but maybe that's the fourth. I dunno. I'm intrigued.

Likely more than just the fact that it is the base, but showing how it came to be that, if there is a story there.“I mean, we have to end up in Yavin, right? So, we’ll tell the story of Yavin. No-one has quite dealt with Yavin the way we will be doing it."- Gilroy

Besides having a personal connection to the temples at Tikal Guatemala; their consequential use in SW always fascinated me. I know there were some loose legends canon explorations, yet always wanted a further in-universe look at Yavin in live-action.
Particularly if Lucas had in mind any backstory for it, considering some of the more peculiar McQuarrie concepts. Especially that last one...

Though I'm kind of blown away by this artists edit, my whole life I saw a Cthulhu like alien skull there, now I can't unsee a couple of robed figures, observing a planet?

Curious what Gilroy and co, have in mind as far as "the story of Yavin" any of it's past, and of course how the Rebels came to settle there.
His final moment has already been telegraphed, yet they are likely holding it closest, hence fewest hints of it in the trailers."I burn my life to make a sunrise that I know i’ll never see."
... I swear I saw a wampa in there lol
