Each episode this season has given me a "holy ****" moment.

This week when Oli slides down the stairs and uses a lasso arrow.

Oh, and Felicity's bra haha.

Really enjoyed the moment between Det Lance and Oli. Quirky but good for their relationship...

So, Haynes confirmed that Thea's suppose to be dumped in the deep end of the pool soon.

I'm still saying Merlin's going to hijack some finale screen time to grab Thea and traumatize her. And now that Slade's meeting the family, he could be the perfect "friendly" face to come to her "rescue."

I kind of think the opposite will happen. Slade will kidnap and try to corrupt/whatever Thea and Malcolm possibly becomes a temporary ally of Oliver's to save her.

I kind of feel bad for Felicity when it comes to her love life on this show.

From the looks of it, the only person that really seems to be good enough for her as a partner is Barry, based on what we've seen so far.

I mean Diggie and Oliver have both been shown to have somewhat of a productive love life outside of their hero duties, but Felicity pretty all-Team Arrow at the moment, with no attention shown of what she does when not helping Oliver. Plus, it's kind of sad to see on how she's written to still be head over heels for him and not get any response, while Oliver is dating Sara in front of her.

I wouldn't feel too bad for Felicity. So far every woman Oliver has slept with and actually cared about ... bad things happened to them. Until it stops happening it probably isn't safe for a woman to date Oliver. If Sara is killed/crippled I am sure it will be because of Oliver to cause more angst. If Felicity was dating Oliver now she would be in deep ****! :woot:

Dope episode last night, I caught it this morning. Can't get enough of this show!

Someone slap Pinkman into the scene between Ollie and Slade. :woot:

On another note, I kind of hope that they don't show Oliver towards being an master fighter and archer for next week's flashback episode. I know that he's improved since first arriving on the island, but I can't recall seeing anything that would state that he's at the same level that he is now presently.

At best, again based on what I remember seeing, he's good enough to the point where he can spar with Slade and isn't as clumsy with a bow, but yeah, for consistency sake..I hope they don't make him out to be the fighter that he is now back on the island.

If there's a bowl of water on that ship, he's gonna slap the **** out of it.

Does anyone know how much time someone with Clock King's condition (forgot what it was called) still has left post-diagnosis?

Having just seen the last episode, I really hope Clock King doesn't die anytime soon. I liked it a lot. Him with Slade and Malcolm are the top 3 villains in the show IMO. His condition and sympathetic motivation heavily suggest he is a one-and-done type though. That's really disappointing, especially when you take into account the fact that Count Vertigo survived over a whole season.

The only reason I see Slade as the better candidate for "rescuing" Thea from Malcolm than the other way around is because Slade's still going to have a serious anti-villain thing going on, and his beef with Ollie makes a lot of sense; regardless of the way the Mirakuru messed with his mind, we know that Ollie stuck an arrow in his eye and "killed" him. The bad blood there, even with the Shado love triangle of epic silliness, still makes rational sense, and we can sympathize with him.

Malcolm has none of that. He's such a twisted wreck of a human being that I don't think we're ever supposed to be in his corner. I don't think it's a coincidence that we've still yet to see Slade directly murder "innocent" people while Malcolm pretty much ran off being a murderous deceiver, especially with his whole brutally murder defenseless scientists for succeeding at their jobs. And considering the sheer damage he caused to the Queen family and his own responsibility for Tommy's death, I don't see him as being as "alliable" as Slade. I could see Slade and Oliver having a teeth clenched teamwork moment; after all, Slade still says he's Ollie's friend. Meanwhile, Malcolm is such a scum bag Ra's Al Ghul thinks he a psychotic little $#!+.

Slade revealing himself as evil wouldn't really motivate Thea to kick ass all that much. Having the guy who murdered the man who raised you and tried to kill your other father figure, your boyfriend and your brother while corrupting your mother show up and demand your unconditional love because of a biological technicality would set anyone off. And considering this show's pacing, I'm thinking the quickest, most dramatic, and (for Slade) most morally ambiguous scenario to be the one we get.

TDKT parallels will never end but I don't mind them at all

and isn't it kind of weird that they haven't announced if The Flash tv show and Arrow are in the DCCU?

There is a thread for that topic; and no, Arrow is not part of the DC film continuity. Thank God.

Returning to topic, I really enjoyed this week's ep; it was nice having Laurel be tolerable...for a scene.

Anyone who has trained with Slade Wilson and shado for 8-12 months will easily be able to beat a bunch of henchmen. His shooting is already good as witnessed in the season 1 finale and he can spar and I'm pretty sure they taught him how to fight during those 6 months between the seasons.

Not Arrow related, but it's Green Arrow. :awesome:

They didn't say what stage his disease was in.But according to Batman & Robin,Mr Freeze can cure MacGreger's Syndrome in it's first 2 stages,so I'm pretty sure Tockman will be back.:woot:

Yes, I am starting to wonder just how much of those 5 years Oliver actually spent training. We have seen a little and there was the time between seasons but that is it so far.

^ well he was holding his ground against slade when he was sparring, we've seen him hit a bulls eye with the bow and shado did say in the first episode of season 2 that oliver had come a long way in his training
