Yes it does. It's not like TVD is giving him anything to do.

The problem with doing the downward spiral and redemption story for Laurel, is that kind of story only works when done with a character the audience already cares about.

Or a character that needs a drastic overhaul.

I like the idea of "Arrow" having a different main villain every season.

So do I.

...Ra's for 3?

I'd rather not see him until the final season.

Yeah, seems like they're building Ra's as the BIG BIG BOSS of the show. Let's save the best for last.

Delaying Ra's for too long is a slippery slope. Normally when there's too much build-up, the payoff is almost always a let down. I'd rather they go with Ra's as the S3 finale-ish cliff-hanger.

They don't need to continue to build him up if they don't plan on introducing him until a certain time. If they want him to appear in season five, they don't need to build him up significantly until then.

I thought Slade would be a "final season" boss and here he is in season 2.It wouldn't surprise me at all for Ra's to be in season 3.

I may be alone in this but.....I don't really want Nightwing in the show....at least without Batman.

It would feel odd.Like Dick couldn't mention to Bruce "Y'know,there's a guy in Starling having problems with the LOA.Think we should give him a hand?"

Every time the LOA pops up it's concurrent with Ra's in some way. "Ra's wants us to do this", "Ra's won't forgive that", "If we do that, Ra's will do this", "Ra's didn't like that", "I spoke to Ra's about that", "Ra's this, Ra's that". It's only been half a season and we have a zillion Ra's mention with four main characters intertwined with him, Ollie, Sara, Malcolm, Moira. You keep this up on for multiple seasons and the audience will be sick of Ra's before he even shows up.

Well, Bruce could have asked Nightwing to come investigate if the rumors about LOA in Starling City were true while he was handling a bad situation in Gotham, Nightwing comes to investigate, is a bad situation, there's no time to call Batman, he and Oliver take care of things and Nightwing goes back to Bludheaven and just messages Batman that the LOA in Starling City won't be a problem anymore

When Amanda came to recruite Bronze Tiger at the prision at the end of the episode 13 (or was it 12) they focused on her red high heels, and the woman at the end of the Season 1 was wearing red high heels, so I guess she is the one in that scene.
