It certainly sounds like Ra's. However, it'd be cool if it turned out to be someone like Vandal Savage instead. This could fit him as well.

I don't know if Savage has a 'similar outlook on life' as Oliver. But the description given really does sound like The Demon.... Besides, since we're fairly certain Malcolm isn't the Big Bad and he and Oliver are apparently not trying to kill one another the entire season as a result, that really only suggests a common enemy that keeps them from doing so. Considering the likelihood that the League would target Thea as well as Malcolm, it would make sense for Oliver and Malcolm to have 'terse' relations while dealing with Ra's.

Also, I'm hoping the rumors about Oded Fehr are true. He does a good job acting whether in film or television...

I'm digging the costume and glad he's taking the sidekick role officially. I wish he'd stick with "Speedy" and not "Arsenal" since he doesn't have guns but let's see how this plays out. Either way its cool as ****.

well Arsenal he lose his hand which is which with a romantic hand...he used other weapons like gun and other ranged weapons beside a bow

As Red Arrow he just use a bow like Oliver

I hope that they explain how exactly he became expert archer guy in the finale. He went from barely being able to draw the bow back properly to being a damn good marksmen VERY quickly.

off screen training and he barely was shooting arrow more like stabbing people with them

The key word is "offscreen." The handful of time that we actually saw him train, he sucked. That'd be really cheap/lazy on their part. The costume looks good, I cannot wait to see what Thea's "Dark Archer JR" costume will look like.
