Well he should have a mask but now there are four masked hero in starling....I think the mask is used in some way to conceal identity from HIVE agents

So, I see it's been raised a few times, but how does everyone think that Oliver will reclaim the Arrow (or Green Arrow) identity next season? And how will he stop everyone from suspecting that the "new" Arrow is Oliver Queen after he's already been arrested twice on suspicion of being the Arrow?

The general public and the vast majority of the Starling City Police Department, with the exception of Captain Lance, believe that Roy Harper was the Arrow and that he was killed in prison while awaiting trial.

Will the general public simply view the return of the Arrow as being someone else who has adopted Roy Harper's vigilante identity? Will Oliver create a new costume and somehow publicly announce a new superhero identity as "Green Arrow" to try and differentiate himself from the Arrow? Will Oliver and Felicity come up with some sort of technological trickery (i.e. holograms) to ensure that Oliver and the new Arrow are both seen at the same time, in the same place in order to remove any suspicion on Oliver.

Will the general public and Captain Lance accept the return of the Arrow? They seem to have been fine with Black Canary's continued exploits. After Roy Harper's death, it didn't really seem to matter to anyone that there were other vigilantes out on the streets. Will the general public and Captain Lance accept the return of the Arrow if he's killing people? Oliver seems to have abandoned his "no killing" code and will presumably go back to using lethal force when necessary.

Or will Oliver "save" the city in some other way, for example, by running for mayor. And then once he becomes mayor, maybe he'll publicly praise the various vigilantes and only then resume his work as the Arrow? And if anyone gets suspicious, he'll simply direct the SCPD to stop investigating the secret identities of the vigilantes (which itself would probably be pretty suspicious)?

Diggle doesn't need a costume. They should've just stuck with the ski mask. I don't think a costume fits with his character.

now that hal Jordan is rumored to be around the possibility that John stuart is possible too ad diggle who's married to a earth woman & has a earth child which John Stuart doesn't he was married alien woman kat ma who supposed died he doesn't live on earth at all since becoming one unlike hal Diggle doesn't need to steal his Ring let john Stuart exist in this universe . there's room for more the one John.

it's time for Diggle own Identity which I agree with primal slayer from the Jump.

just have the emerald galactic law men meet with Oliver like how he teamed up with fire storm(have their powers limited the same way fire storm's is as he's more powerful then them too) & flash have the two John's meet.


it'll be cool & interesting Hal Jordan " JD meet JS." Besides the producer already said Diggle won't be John Stuart. but his own character . I hope they pick the name Ordinance for him. since it's fit's him since he use's guns a lot.

Beside's the guardian is part of Roy Harper family back ground all of them the black one would be his cousin which would be cool.

Let Diggle be his own character peep's . same with felicity

If there are such things as copy cat serial killers or as we saw in flash with the first trickster & his son .... there can be same deal with vigilante's.

Every one here is over thinking this. it's supposed detective comic's even though the arrow writers messed that part up with the mystery department when they tried .

This is what the world of crime does it makes copy cat's . some of that logic (oh the chose of words) can work for this to set him self apart he can use Green or someone will randomly call him that same with Roy as Arsenal since the public didn't know his code name just use the black costume from the comic's . & Roy's back in business in another city or Roaming the states like what's being done with sam & dean in super natural til he joins the titan's as founder or the CBI or both.

he has to go some where. He's a struggling actor trying to make it big /a name for him self or just plai keep working and improve on the craft acting for him self . He'll be where a job/ a role is available for him.

well they the writers have to give him something to do with they're scripts first & for most don't they? they can't be bothered to do so . it's more they're fault then his . they made the contract & chose not to make any stories for him. he'll be back when feel like they want a story for him so far they don't care . their focus was always some here else. his career won't move if he stays with writers like that & his acting won't improve performance wise ether if he stays on arrow due to their actions .
