So Amell posted on his Facebook page that he is officially done shooting on TMNT and will begin shooting for Arrow on Monday.

It's odd because Comic Con is this weekend, and at this time last year, they had the first three episodes shot and had footage to show off at their panel. Looks like we won't be hearing any news about the show unless someone gives out some scoops of their own this weekend.

Looks like they finally took new promo pics of people without obviously photoshopping head onto bodies.

I also like how the overall color of this is brighter, I think it was intentionally done to show the season's tone will not be as dark as last season. And It's interesting to see Ollie in the Arrow suit, considering the comments Stephen made about never wearing that suit again.

I think they used the classical suit because they don't want to reveal the new one yet.

So I guess this season its Ollie, Laurel and Thea on the team as far as costumed heroes go. I like it. It'll be interesting to see him fighting alongside his sister. Can't wait to see how Laurel has improved as Black Canary. And either they're keeping Diggs costume a secret or he's not really getting something permanent. Which is fine with me.

I think they are all s2/3 pictures since no one has been back to do anything promo wise.

They are new in the sense of they haven't been used before. These could easily be pics taken 6 months or a year ago but were never released.

Lance- No promo shots were ever seen with him with his haircut.
Diggle and Felcitiy could easily be old photos.
Oliver - that pic has never been used, plus its the same included in the Legends pic. Not to mentioned, it's his updated suit from the second half.
Laurel - That could be a new pic, but it may also be one of the original pics from her shoot last season, just with the back hand removed.
Thea - She just got her costume in the Finale so that is new.
Malcolm -Seems like a newish photo, definitely not the same one used in the Fight Club shoot.

From what I've heard, they're already at the production phase, the only thing is next week is when everyone reports to the set.

Arrow’s next big bad will be played by the former Justified star

TVLine brings word that “Justified” and “Suits” star Neal McDonough has joined the cast of “Arrow” as the big bad for Season 4, Damien Darhk. Teased in the final episodes of Season 3, in the series Darhk is a former colleague of the late Ra’s al Ghul and briefly visited Starling City in the season finale.

The outlet reports that the show’s producers are describing their take on the character as “a mysterious and sophisticated villain, and an adversary of the late Ra’s al Ghul. Now the leader of his own clandestine group, this cunning foe will prove to be one of the Arrow’s greatest challenges.”

“Arrow” stars Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen/Arrow, Katie Cassidy as Dinah “Laurel” Lance, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Willa Holland as Thea Queen, Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak, John Barrowman as Malcom Merlyn and Paul Blackthorne as Detective Lance. It is executive produced by Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, Andrew Kreisberg and Sarah Schechter.

Season 4 of “Arrow” is set to premiere on Wednesday, October 7 at 8:00pm ET/PT.
