I just saw Amell and EBR on the IGN Live stream, I think they basically confirmed that Felicity's dad will be a big part of this season and that's the answer Amell gave when he said which DC villian he would like to fight ...... Ironically last year he kept hyping up Ra's before he was finally revealed.
