Fans demanded for Lance and Felicity's mom to hook up? Why? Who demanded this? What are their names?

I gotta say, it's...unexpected...

But hey, it could end up going well. Although it does seem that everyone's getting a significant other this season: Oliver/Felicity (AND Oliver/that girl in flashback), Lance/Donna, Diggle/Lyla, Thea/that guy cast to be her boyfriend...only Laurel, Sara, and Ray seem to be ridin' solo.

Oh lord. Don't hook up Sara and Ray, I beg.

What fans were demanding that relationship? Haha

I don't mind the pairing in theory, but I find it hard to believe that anyone was clamoring for this.

Poor Lance is under a lot of stress, he needs to blow off some steam you meanies! :argh:

Kevin Smith pointed out that Guggenheim is only on Arrow, not Flash... and he is the one also playing to the fans with Felicity and a bunch of other crap. He really needs to be booted to the curb. Everyone who wrote on Arrow and then ran to Flash, killed it s2 and then on Flash last/this year.

The problem with MG is that he thinks over the top drama is the best and sees the show as a soap opera. It's amazing his wife helps run Agent Carter, the two couldn't be more different.

There are very few who wrote for Arrow and then moved to Flash. Flash is mostly Geoff Johns who was an occasionally Arrow writer but just barely and mostly for the Flash crossovers. Story credits for Greg Berlanti are the same on both. There aren't any others.

Hmm... I always thought Flash stole a few writers.

Hmm... I always thought Flash stole a few writers.

Of the writers who wrote for the first two seasons of Arrow and also wrote for Flash, there are five (out of dozens on either). Of those five, only Geoff Johns stopped writing for Arrow. Even then, I don't think he was that missed (although he's a great writer). His season one contribution was exactly one episode - the very first Huntress episode (part one, not part two). He then wrote one episode of season two, which was the episode to help set up the Flash (where he would become showrunner).

I could see a better argument for the decline of Andrew Kreisberg. He's credited eight times in season one, six times in season two, but only three times in season three. In season one of Flash, he's credited six times. However, he only is credited in the season premiere of the second season and no one is saying that Flash has declined in quality because he's gone to write Supergirl (credited in the first two out of five episodes). Likewise, I'd argue season four of Arrow is stronger than season three so far and this is the first season with no credits for Kreisberg. So it's hard to really pin things down either way. He's an executive producer on all the shows, but who knows how involved he is.

GODDAMN LAWD HAVE MERCY

Felicity without glasses laying in bed while she was chilling with her mom... That may be the best she has looked in the entire series... hot damn.

Admittedly, part of me wants to see the Lance/Donna thing just because of the inevitable Laurel/Felicity "sister in law" jokes that people will make (both in-universe and without). It was funny when Nyssa did it to Thea a few episodes back, and it could maybe be funny here as well.

Well I guess that would make yet another "sister" of Laurel's that Oliver would have banged and been (or currently is) in love with.

Wonder how fans would feel if they switched their shows. :oldrazz:

Yeah, it's because Kreisberg stepped away from being co-showrunner to do The Flash. He's not there to keep Guggenheim in check. I'm sure he throws out story ideas here and there, but he isn't involved day-to-day because he has The Flash to showrun. It's very noticeable, IMO.

Whats the problem if they got together?
lol I think people are afraid if lance hooks up with mama smoke and get's hitched, Oliver would have completed his evil plan of banging 3 sister's. That fiend. as he put another mark his bed post like the red baron as he shoot down enemy planes and and another mark on his body.

So it's finally happened, after four seasons... I'm starting to lose interest in this show... There's just way to much back-and-forth and I'm enjoying the Flash much more than Arrow on a consistent basis now. Anyone else feeling that way? The thing I'm tired of:

So tired of the characters constantly reflecting on their poor, past decisions, especially when it comes to being mind controlled or under the influence of some mystical power.

In Season 1 and 2, Oliver was a killer, murdering his enemies, but he pulled back and decided not to use lethal force anymore. But since then, it seems like every single character has had to go through the exact same character arc and it's so tiring.

First, Oliver had Roy killing people due to the merry-coo-rue (can't spell it, lol - the super soldier serum), and Roy had tons of guilt over his kills.

Then Oliver had to get Laurel to calm it down.

Then Oliver dealt with Thea killing Sara, and now in this season Thea has "bloodlust" due to the Lazarus Pit...

and now in the past two episodes Sara has risen from the grave (also, didn't she use lethal force originally too and then calmed down?) is also killing people cause the Lazarus Pit made her a nutcase zombie killing machine.... and not to mention this show also had the same dilemma presented as a character arc for Huntress.... ENOUGH ALREADY.

If Batman was on this team, he would of abandoned them long ago. They can't keep it together. All of them are reformed killers who constantly go back to killing due to mind-control, or being under the influence of a serum, or a Lazarus pit, or because they turned into a zombie, too much, too often.

And what's laughable is the inconsistencies. Every time they go into a fight, Diggle is there with a gun shooting people!!!!! Where's his thou-shall-not-kill philosophy????

I feel like there's scene after scene after scene of them dealing with this same issue over and over and over. It's very annoying and boring at this point.

A part of me thinks that the Producers should probably hire someone that can act as their Continuity Expert/Logics Analyst when it comes to viewing their (Producers) ideas for this show.

1. Oliver vows to be a hero who won't kill off his enemies...

- Brutally murders an unarmed prisoner that Ra's uses as "John Diggle" during their training regime.

- Kills off Ra's Al Ghul at the end of Season 3.

2. Oliver lectures and criticizes Thea (Speedy) for using crippling techniques on her opponents...

- Oliver uses a bow an arrow, where while he can aim and fire at a nonlethal spot on the human body, will still leave his opponents in crippling pain.

- Diggle openly uses a firearm that presumably either kills or cripples the Ghost Soldiers that they've encountered.

I'm sure the list can go on.lol

Some ******ed fans. Most of them on tumblr and twitter.
