Probably Evelyn will die no doubt.

They're bringing back Katie Cassidy as Loreal Lance.

I still dont understand how TheWB has had Ted Kord embargoed for the past 5 years but have done NOTHING with him. Just let the show use him if the concept is good enough.

Yeah, as if the embargoes weren't stupid enough, that they sometimes apply to characters the films seemingly have no interest in actually using is head-scratching.

In theory I think the movie calling dibs on him is that stupid Booster Gold movie. Of course, its anyone's guess if that movie will ever happen, so. . .

And yet the movie is going nowhere. 5 years is a long time to waste a character from getting exposure. Especially someone who isnt well known to the general public.

Some finale spoilers

Everyone gets to go vacation together to Lian Yu!

Speaking of characters they should use, I was just thinking about Solomon Grundy the other day and remembered that Arrow did a take on Cyrus Gold waaaaay back in early Season 2. I'd like to see one of these shows (probably Flash or Legends) bring Grundy into the show in all his zombie-Hulk glory, and I definitely hope they remember to pick up that old plot thread since it is there. Presumably some super-sciencey multiverse/time-travel/speed-force/alien phenomenon would trigger Gold's resurrection into Grundy and they'd go from there.

It's actually even simpler than that and I feel like they were setting up for it and forgot about it: mirakuru. Cyrus Gold had been injected with mirakuru so he would be almost impossible to kill. The explosion Oliver triggered that seemingly killed him wasn't all that impressive, and I'm fairly sure Slade and other mirakuru recipients survived worse. The fact that Gold was last shown with a heavily-scarred face definitely felt like foreshadowing to me. But then...it just didn't happen.

Thanks for reminding me. Yeah, loose ends happen in TV shows sometimes, and it drives us all up the wall. What I'm hoping is that one of the writers is like "Hey, what about Grundy?" And somebody remembers to look him up on the show's wiki to see if they've done anything with him before. Some shows don't do that; even with the internet providing every answer with a click, some TV writers don't bother to check their own stuff.

So yeah, if the mirikuru apparently wasn't enough, let it be mirikuru + magic that brings him back, or mirikuru + the speed force, or mirikuru + being buried for 50 years so the Legends can deal with him.

I assumed it was intended as an easter egg rather than foreshadowing.

Yeah, that's possible. Especially with Diggle finding the "born on a Monday..." poem and Oliver finishing with, "dead on Saturday, buried on Sunday" at the end of the episode.

I think Season 4 would have been the perfect opportunity to bring him back, with all the magic mumbo-jumbo and lack of interesting, individual villans.

It looks like Amell is going to be doing a Celebrity Ninja Warrior special. Time to see just how well he is at the salmon ladder.

If Oliver goes through another "everyone dies or gets hurt because of me" speech again, I honestly hope that they have Diggle say "not this conversation" again.lol

It's a shame we'll never get Roy+Chesire storyline. Could've been good.

The closest that we'll ever get is what they did with Thea and Roy, with Thea doubling in for Chesire and Malcolm for Sports-Master.

Look who's returning! :woot:

Not unless you go by the other persons twitter where they deny it.

Did he?

Oliver and Deathstroke are teaming up.

Manu said "For the record I'm not going back for Arrow!"

Completely different context than I'm not going/coming back to Arrow.

I think for Manu you do have to read into his tweets so he probably totally means he is coming back but I cant take him seriously at the same time. Right now they are using a body double.

It's official. This season has performed a bona-fide miracle. I wonder who they sold their souls to, to perform such a resurrection.
