Alright, after Season 3 and Season 4, what's the final verdict on Season 5 of Arrow? Is it worth watching again? I didn't want to get invested, and basically skipped the whole Season, with the exception of the Dinah Drake and the Crossover Episode.

It is leaps and bounds above 3 and 4.
I don't think it was as good as seasons 1 and 2.

I would order them 2, 1, 5, 3, 4.

I'm probably not saying anything new here but I wanted to post my frustration with Arrow now that season 5 is over.

When I think of a Green Arrow show, I think of Oliver, Roy Harper, and Black Canary immediately. So s2 and s3 is the best for me.

When I think of a Flash show, I think of the Flash family.

When I think of Supergirl, I think of the Super-family.

Arrow sounds like season 5 was great TV, but it's doing it's own thing with the lore. That bothers me a lot. Didn't watch any of it, Dinah Drake sounds like a cheatcode to Black Canary. And dangling Katie Cassidy around as Black Siren is just insulting IMO.

This is the first season since the expanded Arrowverse began that
1. I don't consider Arrow to be the weakest show
and
2. I don't consider Flash to be the strongest show

Overall, in terms of quality:
Flash season 1
Arrow season 5

Flash season 3
Flash season 2
Arrow season 2
Arrow season 1
Vixen season 2

The Flash (1990)
Legends of Tomorrow season 2
Vixen season 1
Supergirl season 2

Supergirl season 1
Constantine
Legends of Tomorrow season 1

Arrow season 4
Arrow season 3

Stephen Amell just put up a legit run for Celebrity Ninja Warrior. And thankfully, they allowed him to do the salmon ladder. Hopefully the video will be up eventually.

Rankings;

Arrow 2
Flash 1
Arrow 1
Flash 2
Arrow 5
Flash 3
Arrow 3
Arrow 4

That Moira Queen flashback cameo phone call though.

So, we know they didn't just kill all of Team Arrow but, how did they survive? I'm thinking inside the Argus prison. What about you guys?

My theory remains "Digger told them where Adrian's non-suicidal ally hidey hole was". And Digger is alive and willing to tell them, because Malcolm didn't kill him. He bargained with him: "You help me betray your boss, and I don't kill you".

So I just binged through and finished the season on Netflix. What a fantastic finish to a very VERY strong rebound season for Arrow. What made this season so good was the very personal conflict for Oliver, it was even more personal than his conflict with Slade in season 2.

And Amell, boy, Amell deserves some SERIOUS props for really bringing his A game this season. We saw dimensions of Oliver that I didnt know existed and Amell really sold Ollie's desperate plight when Chase had him backed into a corner. Amell really loves this character and this show and you can tell he's giving 100% to make it all work.

With everything brought full circle, I cannot possibly see how theyre going to top this or continue the momentum but I am optimistic.

They have a chance for a clean slate here which hopefully they take advantage of but I can't see them doing to the full amount. I think Felicity will survive being a favourite of some fans and of the creators. I think they've learned how to use her. Slade will return survive being a fan favourite and Manu now showing he is happy to come back again. We know Black Siren is to survive and it'll be to please Katie's fans. The last survivor is Wild Dog.

I think season 6 is going to be about family. Oliver is going to learn how to raise William and I think they will use this as an excuse to further put Olicity on hold. Rene still has his family stuff to provide story and I think it'll be nice to show Lyla coping after Diggle's death and I think it'll be interesting to see how Oliver and Rene support her, Rene has done enough to bond with the Diggle's for it to make sense. Rene in my eyes has done enough to be Team Arrow's number three. There's a whole bunch of stories that they can say and things will now be a lot less crowded with how many are gone. With Ragman still to return it will mean less space being taken up by redundant characters in certain stories and he has a connection with both Oliver and Felicity so it won't be that awkward him being there.

I would really like to see more of Lyla next season. She's never truly felt needed but I feel like now they can really do stuff with her now, I think her use in the last few months with her appearances on Flash and Arrow has been great. She seems to be developing secrets with Argus that could make her a slight antagonist but her personal relationship to the team could make for good drama. If she is more involved I think we can get a bit more going on with the Suicide Squad which hopefully can be brought back now the film has been done. I also feel like with Helix looking like the big bad next season it makes sense that Felicity to survive and for an organisation like Argus to be wanting to fight Helix. I'd love that in homage to the film we get a guest appearance by Katana as the leader of the new Suicide Squad with Cupid and one of the meta's from Flash. Oh, and it would be cool for Deadshot to guest appear to possibly provide support to Lyla over the death of Diggle. Possibly with him and Deathstroke both taking a contract on the same guy. How often likely are we ever going to see Deadshot vs Deathstroke in live action.

In terms of random villains of the week I want a metahuman version of Rainbow Archer to appear. His power being to change the cookie of objects that have different elements effects. Red = fire, blue = ice, yellow = electric shock. Would be a nice twist on the character whilst not making him a boring archer character. But we haven't seen them introduce a new villainous archer since Prometheus and he didn't use his bow that much anyway.

So since Black Canary and Huntress are on this show, and 'Oracle' was name-dropped, I suppose the Arrow board is the one place to mention it instead of the other DCCW shows, but Birds of Prey is apparently now streaming on the CW Seed. I'm sure that probably doesn't mean anything, but it's interesting to speculate if it could, in fact, lead to a new take on Birds of Prey within the Arrowverse.

Is this a new version or is it reruns of the WB TV series?

Was going to do one of my own, but this is almost exactly how I would rank them. Maybe move Supergirl season 1 up a notch. I would put Supergirl season 1 ahead of Flash season 2.

Reruns. Was just surprised to see it there at all. Even with the whole Bat-embargo looking like it's been loosened, I didn't expect it.

Yeah, a watched the whole series when it first aired on the WB and was disappointed it was cancelled.
But I watched a few on the CW seed a while back and was surprised at just how awful it was.
In retrospect I can see why it was cancelled.

And apparently I'm behind. Because The Flash Twitter handle mentioned it today, I figured this was a new thing as of recent, but no.

Also, I don't watch Gotham but it's interesting to see how Arrow's designs have influenced other productions versions of the League of Assassins.

How would people rank the villains?

For me, it is:

1. Reverse-Flash (season 1 of The Flash)
2. Prometheus
3. Deathstroke
