I think Roy might end up being like the Huntress. Meaning that he'll stick around for a few episodes and then go off somewhere.

That's Mr. Sonny to you! :argh:

It definitely feels different from Smallville to me. The plot moves faster, the villains don't seem to cheesy, of course no cheap effects since we don't have characters throwing laser beams around, a more confident main character who knows what he wants to do, doesn't mope around over his heritage and doesn't wait for 10 Seasons to put on a freaking suit.

The only thing I meant by "Smallville feel" was the concept and inclusion of super powers. Being able to expand the Arrow world into one that even somewhat resembles the comic book world, filled with superpowers and superheroes is what I want.

I hope if they eventually include superhumans, it will be more of a Heroes feel.

I never watched Heroes. I always meant to, just never got around to it.

The way powers are displayed it simply feels more grounded. I would probably compare it to the first X-Men Movie. It's not as cartoony and colorful as Smallville.

I just can't see them introducing superpowers. I can see them introducing advanced technology, though, to give it more of a DCU feel.

They should start small, with basic superpowers. Nothing that requires much colorful CGI.

So, I actually haven't watched Arrow since he got his ass kicked. Just finished Episode 11 and I'll so be ok if they decide to kill of Thea. Emotional girls annoy me to no end.

The problem with Thea isn't that she's emotional. The problem is that she will ***** out anyone for any reason, whether or not it's counter to what she was *****ing them out for the last time.

Oliver shrugs off his family- "Oliver, we're your family! You can't just abandon us again!"
Oliver tries to involve himself with his family- "Oliver! You've been gone for five years! You can't just suddenly expect us all to be a family again!"

 *****, you cray.

Detective Lance has become more intolerable as time has passed as well. I was ridiculously glad when Laurel told him that he was turning his daughter into a saint and acting as though Oliver kidnapped her. Hopefully he eases up.

Anyone else notice the new female cop is THE Shive from the league?! Love both shows and she is hawt!

Only show I know her from is that True Blood wannabe that ran on abc(?) a year or two ago.

Weird considering she's actually on True Blood now...

In the middle of Episode 12. Someone kill that b**ch Thea now. Please.

Man, I hated the Count. He acted like he belonged in Buffy. Random Vampire punk. Ironically, someone like Spike would have been a better Count.

Yeah. If they would've played him off as a cool foreign diplomat doing shady things in America, it would've worked a lot better. Plus, that tweaky acting was ****ing terrible.
