A suit for extreme environments. Where did he expect to use that? The inside of an active Volcano? That thing looks massive.

Installed the game again, defeated Deathstroke
After using different moves instead of depending too much on counter attack i was pretty quick a victory
Sometimes the jerk gave the impression he's adapting to what I'm doing

One thing that works on him is just jumping over him and hitting him and repeating that.

I think the Deathstroke boss fight is my favourite of the boss battles in AO. In terms of quality, this is AO's Mr Freeze fight.

Most disappointing would be Deadshot's.

Deathstroke is my favorite fight of the series. I repeated that battle so many times trying to get a flawless victory and it was fun every time.

He seemed to adapt to that at certain moments
I varied between that and pulling him with the claw and striking him

I actually enjoyed this game very much, with all the new voice actors and it being a prequel, it felt like a "reboot" and felt fresh. Loved the combat system, it took me a few days to figure out how to beat Deathstroke, and meeting all the villains for the first time put a huge grin on my face.

It bugged me after I read the "arkham knight" article in my game informer magazine that they didn't include A.O. in the Rocksteady "trilogy." They kept referring to Arkham Knight as the "Third installment." Arkham Origins was a worthy inclusion, sure it glitched sometimes (personally I never experienced anything except when the game froze when I was connected to xbox live, i just disconnected it) but the storyline was great.

I know this one did one of the greatest moves by making the detective mode more interactive

Well while I think the game does get unfairly trashed at times, it's not Rocksteady's game. They had nothing to do with it really, other than the assets and style from Asylum and City that got re-used here. The Rocksteady trilogy of their games is really just Asylum, City, and Knight.

first look at Batman: Arkham Origins DLC "Cold, Cold Heart, The experimental Batsuit, the Extreme Environment

Who called Iron Man?

Who thinks it's a good idea to put thugs in a boss fight? It's annoying and painfully distracting, and awfully annoying
The mouse is assigned by default for attacks, use of gadgets, and it's the only thing used to rotate the camera, so that makes it a lot worse on PC

And why must there be thugs added to Bane's fight? Isn't Bane about one on one fights and honor? He should break the necks of Joker's goons instead of fighting Batman who is focusing on fighting goons as well as him

Between that suit, and the small glimpse we've seen of Arkham Knight, I'm convinced that WBIE could flirt with making a Batman Beyond game eventually.

I got this a little less than a week ago and I've been addicted to it ever since. It has it's problems with freezes, sound cutting out and etc. Yet I really like the game and it really deserved a better rating than it's gotten.

Best part is the Bane and Deathstroke boss fight. I like the detective side a lot more.

the good:
setting/story
character models
environments
characterization
multiplayer
batcave
boss fights

the bad:
lack of innovation/repeat of the almost the same exact elements of ac/boring predator rooms/lack of character diversity
cut-and-paste deathstroke, especially after promo hype
flawed dark knight upgrade system
predator room sound is muffled/cuts out/lack ac's atmospshere
game freezing and general buggy quality

Worst nightmare wasn't playerable in the challenge mode. I agree with your list.

I really loved what they did with Bane in this game. They definitely took some inspiration from TDKR in terms of looks and also actually making him a respectable villain, unlike his previous appearances in the game franchise.

This is much more bad ass:

No argument here. I wish Bane was consistently handled like he was in Origins.

I'd forgotten how terrible Rocksteady's character designs were. Not just because of the weird over-the-top choices (Poison Ivy's grass thong, Catwoman's incredibly low zipper, Penguin's glass-in-the-eye, Joker's extendo-smile, Harley's I'm-never-going-to-wear-the-f$%^ing costume-I'm-known-for, wrestler Gordon, trying-to-pull-off-bada$$-so-much-it's-adorable Robin, everything about Bane - pick anything really, Mufasa-Ra's Al Ghul (seriously, just try to tell me he doesn't look like a lion), what-the-hell-is-up-with-my-outfit Talia, etc.

There are some gold nuggets there - Mr. Freeze, Clayface, Killer Croc, Mad Hatter, Scarecrow, Hugo Strange are all perfect.

But even more embarrassing is that the bad designs violate the rule that everyone knows - always have your character designs match the design of the setting. And the design of the setting is this creepy, Gothic, at times almost eldritch Gotham, which is dark and twisted and foreboding. And yet so many character designs don't match up with that at all, right down to the super-chunky wrestler mooks. It's like watching a Mickey Mouse cartoon where the backgrounds are all taken from Escher paintings.

Arkham Origins of the other hand, at least had character designs that flowed seamlessly into the visual design of the setting.
