they "may" have told this to game informer and a few others prior to this , but that's something I'm not sure I want to shift through cause it was all a while ago.

oh I put up producer Aim's told the people at 1337loungelive twitch channel when some viewer asked him about the gadgets and what his answer was

Zenith16 has been nice enough to help but I feel like this is old news. No-one is pulling this out of their asses looking for something to complain about here. This thing was mentioned way back around the time the game was announced in Game Informer.

Funny how noone seems to recall that from Game Informer.

It's always been that this is Batman's 2nd year, not that it's 5 years past, the Eurogamer got it wrong and the ascociate producer isn't Eric Holmes, so it's irrelevant data.

umm Drz you did read the link savage put up right? the other two producer's that are prevalent with Holmes and are his direct boss's said it was five years in that and that's both producers Mattes and Aim's and not from that unknown bald producer that was talking to the euro gamer reporter.

The reporter was just restating what was said else where from WBM in written form. which is why I said up top with the words " may have been next to game informer and others " the "may and "others " with quotation marks in bold now and underlined means if it wasn't from the game informer articles it may have been told to others that have it written and as told to them from WBM. And savage has the one you seek it's at the very bottom of that article in that link, He put up last night.


At least two of the more hands on producers that are well known to the public that have been fallowing this said it there in Savage's link. So that euro gamer reporter isn't the sole one to blame.

I've been doing that my self actually. But some one keeps bringing it up it's a different person some of time , but it keeps coming back. anyway they said they'd resolve it them selves to make make sense. so I don't care about it , til then and other wise I'm doing the same. it's better then harping on it.

Exactly. The only thing to be confirmed in the game itself is that Batman has been at this for two years. So devs can change their minds about the gap between games at any time. In the meantime 5 years was what was said and it makes no sense to anybody who has actually played the games. It's no big deal but nobody is confused or making up things to complain about. I love the game but that does not make it above criticism (hell, it's my favorite things that receive the most).

Ugh, the stats for my primary weapons on online were reset today. I heard of this stuff happening, but I thought it was sorted out a long time ago. Thankfully my levels, clothing and secondary weapons weren't reset. But man, my shotgun was at lvl 6 and my machine gun was at lvl 7.

Five year gap thing isn't the only problem here which I won't say because it's been pointed out by you and others here. I enjoy AO and it's not a crappy game so I can get pass the timeline. I still want a Rocksteady AC sequel and the way hey left everything at the end which really is interesting.

most of the bugs have been but there';s still a few lingering




Umm the only people that were willing to give this a GOTY nomination were the people at EPD.TV/ROTR We'll see about the people of GI , GT(knowing them not too likely) etc.
I'm not Expecting too much there. half the time when a GOTY is made it depends on how well received it was after launch. it's rare that they just throw that title on with exception of certain publishers allowing for it other wise. It does happen, but.....


That being said, I think it'll show up on next gen with all the DLC out for it some time later.

I don't mind waiting for a GOTY/now it's all fixed edition for next-gen but I'm just itching for some Batman action, it's around 29 bucks so there's no huge loss for my part but there's no fun jumping into this and stumbled upon a bug, ugh I'll just ponder on this for awhile.

That would be terrific. Like a congested Robin: Year one (featuring the Mad Hatter and Two-face even). They already have a model for Barbara Gordon in the game. They can do the exact story. It's only like six issues.
