The Dark Knight Rises Batman in Jail?

yeah i was actually thinking the cops being shocked while trying to take the mask off. But, I think a lot of the cops would be suspicious of Batman allowing himself to be caught, I mean they know he could escape at any time so maybe, they're just keeping him in jail until they can find out what they can do with him. Because they're scared.

If they do get him, it wouldn't be because he let them. I seriously don't think he'd let them take him down. If it would happen, I see it as Batman beating the living **** outta someone, and he's so damn into it, seeing that crime in Gotham is worse, and they should be punished (I'm an advocate for a much more violent Batman in the next one), the cops catch up to him, shoot him, or do whatever possible to tame him and finally arrest him.

Yes, but I think what we're getting to is him actually being arrested. Why get arrested to infiltrate the place, when he could just sneak inside? If he ends up in jail, it should be because the cops finally caught up to him and put him there.

If he could escape at any time he simply wouldn't be there. If he needed to be there for some reason, I think he would break in d his thing and then be gone by the time anyone realises.

I think part of the reason I dislike the idea so much is because it would mar the mythology of Batman. This is a guy who is like smoke - Gordon can't even blink and he's vanished... 'He does that.' He'd have to be pretty sloppy for them to catch him. Sloppy for his standards, anyway.

Now a film about him running from the police while still trying to help the people of Gotham, now that'd be great. Look how well it worked at the end of TDK, having people trying from both sides to do him in. I'd love it in the next film if we get an action sequence like in Mask of the Phantasm where the police have him surrounded in a building and he barely manages to escape, injuring himself in the process, absolutely ALWAYS refusing to give up.

It'd be so DULL having him in prison.

Scene 1: Batman sat on his bunk.

Scene 2: Batman sat on the toilet in the corner.

Scene 3: Action scene - 'Bend over, Batfu**.' ... 'Do I look like a bit**?!' *kicks big bald ladyboy in balls*

this is a dumb idea.

the only way it would be cool is if the new DA says "Take off his mask" and all the cops are like "er....um" and don't want to do it. So Gordon turns to the new DA and says "Yeah, take off his mask". And the DA turns white. Basically the same thing that happened to Reese.

Just have him use his matches Malone persona with makeup and get arrested on purpose. It doesn't have to be "Batman" in jail.

Then they'ed have his fingerprints and maybe DNA. Unless he had his finger disguised with rubber fingerprints. LOL.
