Hemsworth showed more promise in the 5 minutes he was in Star Trek than he did the whole time he was in Home & Away.
I happen to think that JMC just doesnt like Hemsworth in general; which, of course, is his perogative.
Me personally, I'm all for giving him a chance.
I got nothing against the dude in general, he's just a bland an actor. I get everyone wants to give him the benefit of the doubt, and no disrespect to anyone, but most of you have no clue about this guy. If you'd seen his work as much as most Australians have you'd have a very different opinion on him, the dude basically had the same facial expression for 3 years on TV. Let's put it this way, I'd be more comfortable with Nat Portman and Jaimie Alexanders casting than Hemsworths. Consider this a heads up to everyone, don't expect this guy to blow you away.
