I've submitted at least six. Most of which come from my drunken escapades which, as you guys have seen the tip of, can be legendary. Zero have been accepted.

Then SHH! would lose a lot of potential users. I know whenever I go to a forum that is user-only I leave. A lot of people love to lurk and only a small part of SHH! visitors are users I would guess.

Let's not forget the loss in ad revenue. Less people viewing the forum means less people likely to click on ads.

Not really. In fact, I'd even go so far as to guess that it'd be worse, because people would be refreshing over and over trying to figure out what's wrong, and every refresh is just requesting the same information from the website again and again.

Wouldn't there be like a sign "To view our boards you would have to sign up"? I mean if someone can't read that and acknowledge what it asks...

well if you just click on "show all subscribed threads" it puts the most recently posted threads in order on that list
