I confess that 200 hundred years ago or a bit more that I expunged 100,000 people in a different life. I fought a persian army and an ethiopian army, I wiped all 100,000 people out alone with a bow and arrow. I was an italian man that was a member of some greek army. Unfortunately, 21,000 out of the 100,000 were actually good people.

If this was actualy funny, I'd applaud.

But it's just another terribly unfunny post by you.

The alarm was accidentally set and the police had come. Talk about awkward. There you go you criminals, my confession of the day. Would have been cool if the cop was a hot guy around my age (mid twenties) though lol.

I confess, that while I have great respect for Star Trek fans... and Loved "Into Darkness" , after watching "Wrath of Khan" for the first time last night... I have to ponder "why is Star Trek II still considered the best ST movie and why Khan is the best villain? He's barely on screen, doesn't do much... and yes, is a dangerous madman, but all in all the threat seems not all that large. The film really isn't written or directed well, and i found myself incredibly bored.

I get nostalgia and it was probably far more compelling if you saw it in theaters at the time, or grew up as a child watching it... but if you just saw it today... eh..

that also being said, I also have to wonder who the hell designs these star ships so that the control rooms explode any time the ship get's hit (No matter where the ship gets hit)

Also... I feel majority of the Star Trek films (all of them) essentially seems like a Space game of Chess, lots of dramatic stand-offs with ships

Also, I confess i've recently been watching Dr. Who for the first time and i'm finally starting to enjoy it... I also have to say... it feels like the writers are all suffering from ADD

Star Trek outside of Khan and "groups" (i.e. Klingons and Borg) isn't really known for having memorable villains.

Khan if you watched the original episode from the TV series took over the Enterprise and Kirk banished him to the planet you see in Wraith of Khan.

Unless I'm mistaken and outside the Borg Queen, he's like the only villain to appear in more than 1 episode/movie.

Starfleet employs only the best scientists, but hire the cheapest electricians money can buy.

The problem is that the movies just end up being really long episodes of the TV series-- a TV series whose episodes are already 1 hour to begin with. And one third of those episodes are the spaceship stand-offs. The other two thirds are "There's a swirly thingy in space" and "let's get into trouble on this random planet." Frankly, I wish the new movies would use the third one.

ADHD, surely.

I consider watching Dr. Who, but I don't want to dislike what I see, so I stay away from it

I've just gotten into Dr. Who, and I'm really digging it so far!

I started watching Dr. Who because of Amy Pond.

i mean, Dr. Who is growing on me, but i don't exactly know why. My brain sorta shuts off and i really don't comprehend what's happening from one scene to the next... it's literally like an ADHD sugar high most of the time

also like star trek, the story seems to make itself up as the episode goes along..

*I can't do this because ... (insert random thing the writers made up on the spot) because of (this *see above), and "EXPLOSION".

The only reason Spock's death in II was even remotely ground breaking was just because of his past history... his death was pretty horrible and random to me.

the two new movies are better than anything pre "Next Generation" imo.

I like the TNG crew better than the original, but my overall favorite character based on all the Trek stuff I've seen is Spock

TNG rarely gets off the ship... Which bothers me. Its like a space soap opera most of the time. But apart from kirk and Spock, the characters are far more fleshed out. Which doesn't really shock me. The television show of the original trek was only 79 episodes in a time when tv characters were pretty 1 dimensional

I confess that i have spent well over one hundred real life dollars in micro-transactions in a game I play. You could buy packs with in-game credits earned through playing matches.

I feel like such an a-hole whenever I do.

Are you using someone else's money? If not, spend it the way ya want to....

Now, if your children are going hungry, that is a whole different story. ; )

i confess that i'm stressed over this furlough business and how i'm going to pay bills and stuff. i've already lost over 35 hours a month since sequestration

I confess that I only got about halfway through Brick before I turned it off.

Loved how it opened though.

What's the matter with you? You don't like good movies?

I confess that some of my friends from college are graduating today and hearing them talk about it kinda gets me down because I don't feel like I've accomplished anything of significance since I graduated last year.

With the economy being what it is, neither will they.

Aim for something, work for it, you can make an achievement using something you didn't take courses for in college
Look at Bill Gates

I confess I never have cared for Doctor Who.
