I confess I'm getting bored of Morgan Freeman in movies the past couple of years. Sometimes it feels like he's basically giving exposition to the audience more than anything else.


Also, I confess that my taken bartender seems to have the hots for me. Part of me wants to humor her ideas.

Actually I'm far from a Casanova. Really far. Just been noticing her behavior has been different lately. My tab is always 5.55 no matter what I get or how much I get. Obviously I assume that she is working for tips and I keep it simple. She's acted different enough lately to make me suspicious.

I confess the Pandora's box that is the alleged sex abuse scandal with Bryan Singer has my head scratching.

Well I never really cared about Singer to begin with and when the charges were first revealed I thought it was something completely untrue. THEN all these stories about Singer and his association with all these men who had checkered pasts and the lawyer representing Egan's near-disbarment has me questioning who is telling the truth in the case. Also it seems the news can't keep up when the alleged abuse actually occurred or how old Egan was when it happened.

Anyway, I was daydreaming and was reminded of a thing that happened to me today.


I was at the bank (credit union) and the teller (attractive, ring on finger) said something along the lines of I've been meaning to ask you when you are in here, but where are you from? You have a strong accent. And then I said Hawaii.


I...I think if I lived in Hollywood, for laughs and ****s, I would go in for auditions for various parts and see if I could confuse people. It does get old though. I'm too burnt out mentally to ever try and fix it for the 100th time.

But um, it did kinda put a smile on me face. Cause she was attractive and I guess liked my voice.

Yeah, to fix my speech problem. Spent a good chunk of my life on it. I've pretty much accepted I will never have a American accent though. Oh, and here's another confession. The last speech teacher I had a few years ago...over time I grew a crush on her, and she was married.
