The group Anonymous pisses me the hell off. I was just clicking through some old bookmarks and one had been hacked by them. Just pisses me off. What the hell is ther point?

I think that there are two types of hackers. People who do it just to be *******s, and then there are practical hackers who do it make money. It seems to me that Anonymous is made up of the first type who delve a bit into the second one with hypocritical social justice. Too many other people get caught in the crossfire of their actions, and I don't know if they understand that or care.

It's like that idiot woman who dressed as a Boston Marathon victim on Halloween. What she did was incredibly stupid, but Anonymous putting her number and info out there got her parents caught in the crossfire. Now her parents and co-workers had to put up with idiots calling and sending threats because Anonymous, 4Chan, or whoever the hell they are, put her info out there. They need to think about the things that they do because innocent people get caught up in that.

Here's a ridiculously embarrassing and slightly icky confession.

I'm the only lady at my new job. It's an office setting with a couple of office dogs. It turns out whenever "Shark week" happens (a monthly occurrence) the two male dogs hump each other uncontrollably. I am the only one who knows what is going on.

Yeah, that one. It's not for everyone. There's definitely more flash than substance when it comes to the story, but the actors, sets and overall tone of the film makes up for that. Also, I feel like Tobey Maguire was miscast as Nick Carraway, but it is what it is.

The Lana Del Rey song from that movie is both haunting and heartbreaking.

Sooooo.....somehow made it to 1 year on the job at my place of work as of April 30th. (retail, generally 16 hours a week). Pay raise in May...but it's super small...and I guess, at least I can hang onto a part-time job.
