Sorry guys, I've had a rough couple days lately with a new job (and hopefully an even newer job soon), and just some serious home issues (bills, dept, etc). I've completely lost track of where we are. I'm not sure what we're waiting for, but let's try to keep this thing moving. We should only have one more list after this one right? Fury - In the DTL he's dubbed too uber, but I've read the stuff with him in it and I don't see it. He's tough and he adapts, but he can be beaten. He was killed when Captain UK (an alternate Cap. Britain) literally beat him to death, tearing him to pieces. He can be beaten, he'd just be very tough to take out.

Yeah, it really sucks that this will be the final season.

Still, I didn't know about the movies, so at least there's some good news. And Al is definitely Da Man.

Actually yeah, that fury. He killed tons, but he went out so easily that it wasn't funny. He was simply beat to death and that's it. He can adapt to powers, this is true, but he can be taken out with a simple physical assault? I just don't see the too uberness. If Captain UK, who isn't exactly an uber strength character can rip him apart, people like Strong Guy, Hulk, and any other powerhouse should have no problem. He seems powerful, and he is, but his lack of physical composure severely depleats his power in my opinion. Not to mention that he can be taken down before he rebuilds, and it would only take him being down for a short while to be considered a victory. Even his ability to adapt has loopholes in that he has to be hit by the power for a while to adapt. A quick attack could pull an easy victory. Since the X-Men recently fought him, he'd be in their files, so any recent X-Man would know this and could easily take advantage of it.

He'd be a top tier character, but I really don't see the too uberness in him at all. My opinion... in the DTL... X played him up way too much.

Wasn't the only reason he was beaten was that Zeitgeist, who he could not detect, went through him and removed his brain?
