Bane could be a cop that becomes obsessed with bringing The Batman down, thus he gets involved with Venom, and creates another villain with a secret identity. Just thinking out loud at this point, the good times are coming folks!!

Yeah I mentioned that idea a few weeks ago in this forum t:
Since a lot of people think it could be loosely based on Prey, we would have Bane as a cop instead of Max Cort

Love hearing stuff like this. Those guys will probably have Ramirez/Wuertz/Berg kind of screen time though. But still good to hear. There's still the the thing with Batman against the police now. I can't wait to see this aspect.

Oh no! This movie is getting way too packed. Nolan won't be able to tackle so many characters. The movie is doomed surely.

Don't know the other two actors all that well but Burn Gorman is one of my favourite TV actors. Its probably not going to be that big of a role though.

Finally, villain rumours have been rearing their head again, specifically the idea that Dr Hugo Strange will be one of the adversaries in the film. This hasn't been confirmed by anyone remotely approaching official, but it has now appeared at MyEntertainmentWorld.
MyEntertainmentWrold is a service that lists upcoming film shoots, and as part of the listing for The Dark Knight Rises, it's got a mini-synposis. Which may or may not be true. Here's what it says:
"Dark Knight Rises, The (aka Magnus Rex and Fox Hills Green) - Mid June, 2011 - India and London, UK and New York, NY and Pittsburgh, PA; Story: As Batman deals with his new status as a wanted vigilante, Dr. Hugo Strange, a villainous psychiatrist, concocts a plan to destroy him and become the new Batman."

This may sound ridiculous, but if we take this approach could these three actors maybe be trogg zombie and bird? they are a task force brought in to take down batman but go rogue? probably a ridiculous suggestion but could it work?

Fake, I really, really doubt Strange will be in it.

Isn't it obvious it's fake - that synopsis has been around before Anne was cast and Tom was revealed as Bane.

Also, no where does that synopsis mentions Catwoman or Bane, so it's BS. I don't understand why blogs are picking up that stupid link.

Yeah, it's fake. If Strange is in this film, it'll most likely be a supporting role(maybe it's Burn Gorman?) a la Falcone in BB.
