Oooh, I like the way you think, I was just connecting it to Laurel finally telling her parents that Sara is dead. But I could see them finding out/being told about her desire to be a vigilante and while Quentin would be against it (as he's already demonstrated) I would love it if Dinah somehow helped motivate Laurel (even if I think if the comics Dinah was against it, I'd like it if this version supports Laurel's decision, despite their loss)

I don't think you understood what I meant:
The reason Laurel doesn't go by "Dinah" is because her mother (after whom she is named) does. Both she and her mother share the same first name, so she goes by Laurel in order to avoid confusion.

I know luis4u already beat me to the punch here, but I'm repeating what he said just for the sake of full clarification.

I didn't like Sara's cleavage. I mean I did like it but I didnt like it. That said o have mixed feelings about Laurel's costume. Its practical and looks pretty decent but it doesn't look like a Black Canary costume. Maybe this is just temporary though.

The thing about Saras costume that i think draw in more people is that it was simple and to the point as opposed to Laurels which seems a bit more complicated.

But im praying she gets some canary gadgets if she doesn't get the sonic scream, she needs to go to who ever supplied Sara with her sonic gadgets.

S%^&*Man i wanna go to a bar with waitresses dress like that!( nevermind! i live in Vegas! thats like a Sunday go to church outfit compared to some of the outfits i seen around here.) i always chalked her outfit up to the Yellow emblem on batman's chest. if some dude was fighting her and saw that outfit. it would be kinda Hard to concentrate your karate moves with that outfit! its distracting!( maybe not for a super-villainess though!) plus most guys would see a babe like that and think.. oh yeah right! you are going to kick MY ASS?!?! and then WHAMMO!! a high heel to the mid-section!

ok gotcha. Ya I knew her moms name is Dinah too, but I still find it weird they would have her go by her middle name instead of the one she is known for in the comics. Plenty of other shows have Sr and Jr
