It was quoted that she would be 'alive and well.' And it's apparently tied up into Flashpoint, though I don't see yet how that can be.
She can't just suddenly be alive, because Flashpoint has already happened, what with Diggle already having a son rather than a daughter now, and her father and Oliver are still grieving her death. Unless I'm wrong about that, she's still dead at this point.
If it has something to do with Flashpoint, then it must be very convoluted. It's already happened and the changes it created have already occurred.
Unless in this timeline Nyssa didn't destroy the Lazarus Pit...
