Oh, I see the knives are really out for Zegler now. Always remember, the numbers we see are the ones they want use to see. They can even make a movie more expensive than it actually was, by loading it from costs of other movies if they feel like it.

I read the reviews and saw all the bombs box office and gal getting ripped to shreds and thought I’d check it out. I enjoyed it. I thought gal was great. Her costumes were really well too. I’m someone who thinks she’s just average as an actor but she did a really good job. Everyone was well cast. 8/10. Don’t know why this cost 200 million. 5 million seems like enough to make this movie

It’s definitely being review bombed on IMDb. The opening audience was 72% female but we know the bombing is coming from men and people who didn’t see the movie.

Latest claim from The NY Times is that the movie cost >=$350 million including marketing.

Snow White & The Huntsman cost about half that in 2012 dollars and will have made more money at theaters (pre-Covid, and pre-streaming boom).
