Don't Hate The Hater, Hate The Hate! - Part 13

I hate the change in weather when it goes from being warm to cold.

I hate that my brother might be getting his third strike, and he wouldn't have done anything this time.

I hate that I started to watch Jurassic Park on Blu-ray for the first time and it has an ungodly amount of grain to it. Thanks again Universal, always putting out half assed transfers.

I hate that the FYE movie/music stores have their used DVD/BR titles marked almost at the same price as they would sell at normal retail prices, the point of used is that they would sell at 50 or 70 percent off.

Why would I pay $19.99 for a used DVD there when I can get the same title for the same price and brand new at a Target?

I went to one for the first time in hopes of finding Pinocchio in blu ray there. they wanted almost 70 for it -____-

I have a "Backstage Pass" (discount card) with FYE and it's not much of a discount. All it pretty much does is take off the tax.

Yeah, to Hell with FYE. They are insanely overpriced!

On a side note on this, I hate the way Paramount & 20TH Century Fox packaged both the Star Wars saga & The Indiana Jones collection on BluRay. It's a PAIN to get the discs out of the sleeves without putting fingerprint smudges on them!! :cmad:

Universal did the same thing with their Horror Monster blu ray collection. I hate that.

The worst offender is the Back to the Future trilogy. I broke some of those plastic things trying to get a disc out.

The TMNT blu ray collection was awful too. I don't know what these companies are thinking

Maybe get the consumer to buy another copy?

I saw the packaging for TDK-trilogy, and it looks like the same case that was used in the BTTF trilogy. It's a pretty bad design.:cmad:

I hate that the batboards have driven me to hate TDKR. I hate it.

I hate my job on Thursdays. The building overall has a lighter work load, so we start our shifts half an hour later. But my work area gets its heaviest work load on Thursday, so I get overwhelmed while most people in the building have it slightly easier. This was the second week I started cussing out the boxes.

Hopefully the ultimate trilogy next year will fix that.

I hate when somebody tosses something to me and I don't catch it.

I hate how remarkably stupid my little sister is. Last month, my mother and I had to pay for her rent, cell phone, insurance and groceries because neither her or her boyfriend have full time jobs and today she turns around and finances a $25,000 car and in the same conversation she told me about the car in, she asks if she can come raid my fridge, because she's out of food. I did not think it was possible for a human being to be that stupid. It boggles my mind.

I haven't had a problem removing the discs on either the BTTF or Star Wars Blurays, or maybe I'm just a little bit more careful. :woot:

Sounds like someone's at the point where she needs to get told NO
