i hate when my coworkers speak in other languages on the work floor because

1) we're government and part of the base and it's not allowed, yet the manager speaks their language as well so she doesn't enforce it. but actually participates in doing this.

2) it's unprofessional (mostly due to the above)

3) customers complain because they feel as they're being talked about (usually are)

4) when they switch from english to another language when you get closer, it's rude and of course people are going to feel like they're being talked about, even if the conversation is mundane

Or when they come upon a word that's not translatable they say it in English and then go back talking in their own language. t:

Now all of this talk about foreign languages at work make me wonder, what about the Chinese Take-out spots where the person at the counter will take your order in English but then relay it back in Chinese, and you continue to hear conversations all around them in Chinese. Is that frowned upon?

It's only embarrassing if you're Chinese and you can't read the menu. But you're not, so what's the issue?

I hate that at my job we'll have new blu-rays and even employees aren't allowed to purchase until the tuesday of the actual release.

Back when I work at an electronics store, whenever we found movies and games in the back that couldn't be sold yet, we hid ourselves some copies in the store, then pulled them out on their release date. Best thing you can do to guarantee yourself a copy, so long as your supervisors don't mind. Though in our case, one of our supervisors had the best hiding spot.

Its not that i hate it...but the fact that i actually believed it...and once again i made a fool of myself. I met this girl at a show, first thing i thought was damn she was beautiful. She was with two other guys, but that didnt stop me. I wanted to meet this girl. I wanted to see her again. I made my move and she went with it. I bought her a drink and we were talking all through the show. (By the way, we were at a wreastling show. A local place where they have a shows there.) I was diggin this girl, and i knew, from her body language, she was feelin me, that this girl was diggin me too. I told her "i know you want to do this again. I can tell. We have a chemestry going on here. Take my number." At first she didnt want to but then a couple more times i asked and she pulled her phone out. This girls eyes were so beautiful. He smile was amazing. I had to go becuase the people i was with wanted to leave. So i told her "Lets do this again." She told me she was going to text me. I left the place, not 5 min later. I got a message from her. We talked all through the week and our first date was on Friday March 8 of 2013. We went on a night hike. We talked some more and as we were talking and getting to know each other more, i asked her if she was looking for a relationship at the time. She told me no, that she didnt want to lead me on and so on and so fourth. I respected her decison. I didnt want to make my move anymore. I guess if she just wanted a, i cant believe im saying this but "Friend" then by all means, friends it is. We kept talking some more. We finished our hike and we sat on a bench that was near our cars. Then all of a sudden, we started making out. I asked her "Then whats this? You dont want to be in a relationship but your over here kissing me? What is this?" She told me something but i dont remember what. Weird hu? Im an idiot for not remembering. I asked if she wanted to go in her car and talked some more. We did, but we were also making out some more. She was topless with no bra, i had no shirt. It was obviouse she was just a booty call. We didnt have sex, no, she wasent ready for that with me. That was the last time i saw her. We kept texting on the cell. i asked her if she was down for a second date...then after that....no reply.

I believe that relationships, love, like, girls, its all just bulls**t. Its funny. Its F**Ked up, its wrong. I dont know. Wish her nothing but the best.

As a kid I remember watching Mazinger Z but dubbed in Spanish, this was just a few years after I had seen the chopped up English dub of Tranzor Z that I never new initially it was a Japanese imported anime.

So to my young eyes I thought Mazinger Z was an American made cartoon that I found confusing when the male vocal singer would start singing the theme song with english words that didn't make sense.

I hate how in the past three days, I have taken apart our sofa set and thrown them away by myself, I have removed the tiles in our living room that (that covered only half the room) by myself, and I've tried to remove all of the adhesive glue that remained, by myself. We are expecting a new living room set on Thursday and I've done all hat I can to get things ready, but my mom has done nothing but give me crap about it. Normally, she would have been the one who would do it by herself, but I chose to do it because I know she's getting old and she tends to overwork and stress herself out. Yet in stead of being grateful, she has been complaining non-stop.
