Don't Hate The Hater, Hate The Hate! - - - - - Part 17

I hate how the show TMZ overdoes it with the shaky camera and cannot stay on one person still for less than a minute, whether it's focusing on the black guy with dreadlocks, the blonde surfer looking dork or the curly haired Jewish guy in the back, it's just all over the place.

Have the camera more on the cute blonde girl, the brunette with dimples and the brunette with glasses.

And oh yeah TMZ why don't you post some of their name once in a while?
Honestly, the women on TMZ bug me. The girl with the glasses is the hot one to me but she always says the stupidest ****, the one with the dimples always gets mad when a famous guy she thinks is hot is dating a famous woman and the blonde girl always seems to have an attitude about everything; and the less said about that one hood-rat black chick the better.

The black guy with the dreads seems to be the one with the most common sense out of the group along with a few others. And yet the Surfer is the one who's the most popular.

i hate how uncomfortable it is to breathe right now

1) If what the lawyer is claiming is true, they may actually have a case.

2) The bolded portion is at least borderline racist in its own right. I really hope you were being facetious.

I don't find it to be racist. Sharpton does more bad than good for black people. He still speaks about how the white man is keeping black people down. He basically is teaching people to be lazy and blame others for whatever their problems may be. I realize there are still racists out there but i've met plenty of black people doing well in the corporate world. I just feel Sharpton should be promoting the opposite message. Tell people to work hard and take more control of their lives instead of pointing fingers. A number of generations after the first slaves were in fact affected by slavery in terms of not getting respect or decent work after slavery had ended. I just don't feel it's as bad as it used to be. Instead of starting **** between whites and blacks we should be more united and worry about our Government and the major corporations they're in bed with.

...except your comment wasn't an attack on Sharpton. It was an attack on the plaintiffs in the previously mentioned case. This doesn't constitute a defense of your comment in the slightest, and you seem to be missing the point - badly.

The implication that any black people who seek legal damages for legitimate racial discrimination are both:

1) "Looking for a handout"

and

2) "Al Sharpton fans"

...is pretty offensive, especially since the first implication reinforces long-standing stereotypes about black people and since neither actually seem to apply to this situation at all. Whether it was intentional or not, that comment isn't really defensible.

I'll respond to this in a PM so this thread doesn't get filled up more with our argument.

i hate feeling like crap on my day off

The worst part of the ZImmerman trial and the protests was not being able to park in my own apartment complex. It sucked leaving my 370z on the street!

I hate how my sister in law is starting to complain about my work performance, even telling my brother in secret that she thinks I'm a slacker. I've been there for a whole month now and I've picked up everything I've been taught really fast, so much to the point where I'm doing work that isn't even due until another few weeks and I'm pretty much bored and looking for any excuse to get out of my office. I'm still learning new things everyday, but now my SIL thinks I need to pick up the slack since she's feeling overwhelmed and stressed. Ironically though, she took the day off on Monday and expected me and her co-workers to do stuff for her, but we couldn't because our boss gave us a different assignment to work on.
That's why you should never work with family member either blood related or by marriage.

What kind of job is it?

I hate it when people constant disagreement regardless of what strongly shows where they should unite in thought
Get a grip people, we need more unity, less fighting

I worked in the same office as my sister and it was fine for the most part. Unless we were fighting, then it was hell. But that was only about 5% of the time. :woot:

i hate it took almost 3 hours for me to wake up this morning

How that happen, you had your eyes shut but weren't really sleeping? your alarm didnt' go off?

my alarm went off probably about 12 times but i couldn't get fully woke and kept falling back asleep

i've been sick or something for the last 3-4 days. i don't like feeling like this at all

I have too. I'm pretty sure the sleepless nights and close contact with people at Comic Con shot my immune system to hell. :csad:

I would like to quote the fabulous Oscar-winner Hattie McDaniel who said "I'd rather play a maid, than be one." For those of you who don't know, Hattie McDaniel played Mammy, the slave maid to Scarlett O'Hara in Gone with the Wind, and received a best supporting actress Oscar for her performance.:woot:

:highfive:

you get a high five for the Gwtw reference

The only thing Al Sharpton cares about is cameras. Talking about "the man" keeping the black community down is his bread and butter.
