Don't Hate The Hater, Hate The Hate! - - - - - - Part 18

I think I've said this before in here, but it bears repeating.

I hate it when posters post long-ass fan fiction or word for word "speculation" and get all ******** when people don't comment on it. Seriously, nobody gives a **** how you think the dialogue will go in a scene that you don't even know exists in a movie that comes out next year.

I'm glad I don't go to those forums anymore

I don't know, that sorta thing can get around like Crabs at an orgy.

I hate how the only thread to discuss horror films is full of noobs mainly(more like only)talking about the ****** sequels for Nightmare on Elm St, Friday the 13th and Halloween.

It makes me feel like I'm in the Scream Factory thread over at the Blu-ray.com forums.

What's Nightmare on Elm St? All I know is, Paranormal Activity 4 is the best horror movie EVER!

Maybe create a classic horror films thread or something?

For Halloween, I was watching through all the classic horror movies that my parents wouldn't let me watch as a kid. Children of the Corn, Hellraiser, Nightmare, etc. Most of them are actually pretty disappointing to me.

Eh, the mods would probably want to merge the two, not to mention I'm sure a lot of horror fans would consider those franchises as classics since most of them have been around for three decades.

Right on, and I agree about a lot of the slasher sequels as being disappointing. I hope you're not including Hellraiser as a disappointment. :csad:

My girlfriend hated it, but I thought it was interesting at the least. The sequels I've gotten to were meh though.

Yeah, most of the sequels are garbage. The second film, although not as good as the first was actually a decent followup.

I'm determined to get through all of them, though. Just on principle. haha

Yeah, I broke down this past year and watched the last 5 direct to video films since they were streaming on Netflix and I was desperate for some horror at the time. :csad:

Yep, I'm glad they're all on Netflix. I was surprisingly intrigued by the 4th one, because I liked seeing the origin of the box. But I know it's all downhill from here. :csad:

I hate the fact that I just went to the Weather Channel's site and there is a photo of a giant ass spider on the front page.

Hah.

"Up next on the weather channel, Giant Spiders raining from the sky."

That's exactly how I felt about the fourth film as well.

To keep on topic with the thread...

I hate that my wife and I are going to be apart for a month, possibly longer. :csad::cmad:

Was the 4th Hellraiser movie the one where they explained the puzzle box thingy? Because that's the only Hellraiser movie I've seen (years ago, watching late night TV), and I had a feeling it wasn't the first movie, but I wasn't sure which one it was.

Yes it was.

I hate how people post ****ing spoilers in a completely unrelated thread. I shouldn't have to worry about knowing what happens in Thor 2 when I go into the Superman/Batman thread. What the ****ing ****. I'm pissed.

Thankfully I didn't read it but that place has no control and no mod to see it.

Yeah, I was pissed too. The thread sucks for now. I'll go there sometimes but it's usually to the Amy Adams/Henry Cavill sections.

Yet another reason I stay off the Batboards. :p

I just tend to stay away from any movie threads when a new movie is coming out that I might want to see. They tend to let fly spoilers at a whim.

I don't care if you're joking or not, GET OUT!

:p
