as for the episode: i thought it was a decent episode. but honestly, most of it was filler just to get us to the last 15 minutes (which f**king rocked, by the way). i hope thats not a formula that the show adopts (filler, filler, filler, CLIFFHANGER!). still though.....awesome show!

I don't think the first 45 minutes were filler, we got a lot of great stuff. Mohinder confronting Nathan, which made Mohinder loss faith in his "mission". Claire's father's "conversation" with Greg Grunberg. Hiro learning cheating at poker isn't all that bad, it's just like Peter Parker selling pictures of Spidey. Claire's father becoming more and more suspicious of what Claire's up to.

Good episode, and it tied up alot of loose ends. The connection points are also being made with the cast of characters, but there's so much more to leearn about. I'm already thinking about the season ending cliffhanger...it's going to be a dozy...with that Future Hiro, evidently, the prevented explosion in NYC is just the start.

I thought this show was going to focus on alot of the normal, everyday Dawson's Creek drama of the main character's lives, but surpisingly it's cutting straight to the bone, and leaving you hungry for more. It's just amazing how much I find myself enjoying this show. It gets better every week. The characters I found annoying and cliche in the first episode are growing on me, and I feel myself rooting for them. This is great television.

Stepping away from Bad-Ass Hiro for a second, who do you think Mr. Glasses took from the bed? Nikki or Nathan? I am thinkin Nathan for the simple fact that he was on Slyars map (which means that even if Sylar is not with MRG, he is identifiable as a Super) and we see him flyin away on the previews.

Damn, I love this show. That last 15 minutes was insane; Nikki kicking ass, Claire's revenge and the wacky ass ending. Hiro was actually tolerable this week and his future self was wicked. Next week looks great.

I think it was Nathan because they showed the black guy and Mr. Glasses (what are their names again?) chasing Nathan while he was wearing what looked liked hospital scrubs then taking off on them.

I liked that Niki's kid revealed that he has known all along what she does. Now everytime she does what she does, she has that knowledge that her kid knows she's doing it. I can't imagine she is going to want to stay in that life any longer, but how would her other half feel about it? I mean so far it's done only things that would benefit Niki, but who's to say it's just not looking out for it's best interest and that it wants to lead a life of it's own?

Oh and I said it before in another thread, but: Hiro as a time traveling ninja? ****ing awesome.

i was thinking that much like the nov 8 bomb it can all be changed so this future hiro is a possiblity in a infinite number of possible futures

I guess we can take it that he'll be staying in the USA long after stopping the bombing of Nov. 8th. I guess him losing his geekiness could mean something seriously bad happens that makes him that way. Idk .. just a thought. Now comes the long wait on what he has to tell Pete It would probably be something obvious like ... save the girl ... save the world ...

i wonder if these characters will be the same characters used next season. like, the characters we follow now are being followed because they serve the purpose of the story at hand. but next season, a different story will be told, so maybe we'll be following the lives of different characters.

I was waiting to see this episode so I could find out what happened to Claire but they pretty much blew past her entire subplot to move the story along. I don't even know how she got home half naked. The ending however did make up for it because it blew me away. As for Nikki, she is officially eye candy because I am so freaking bored with her and her so called "powers." Her character really can't move fast enough.

I don't think anyone has mentioned anything about the tattoo that Nikki has on the back of the base of her neck. It's the "S" symbol thing. Does that mean she's a villian?

Also, in the previews it shows Peter's eyes turning white like Isaac's did, so I guess he will be doing a painting as well to prove to Shuresh that he can copy powers when he's near other heroes.

Future Hiro is great! I wonder what message he has for Peter.

What happened to the cop? They never said anything else and I didn't notice anything in the previews.
