next weeks previews dont look that good after this epic episode. i guess greyjoy wont get his until next season.they will probably end with dany just like last season.

Just like last year, the last episode is the table setter for season 3.

Amazing episode, why did Tyrion get slashed?

Thank you HBO, for letting us see all that. We asked, and you delivered.

Quick question but wasn't Davos's son against the "Lord of Light" yet in this episode he says he has faith in him?

Davos:"I've never known bells to mean surrender, they wanna play music with us then let's play,....drums".

Just awesome.

That bit got me really excited even though his son screamed the command weirdly.

I really hope that's not true because I was very disappointed with last year's episode. Except for the scene at the end, it felt more like an epilogue than a finale.

Still plenty left for the next episode. The final scene is going to blow your mind.

i heard half his nose got hacked off they could show that moving forward on the show if true i never read the books.so they went with a scar instead of having running around with half a nose i guess

Well hopefully the House of the Undying will be as greatly adapted as Blackwater. Also, Theon and Bran's combined story had a great couple final scenes in ACOK. If it's next week along with House of the Undying, we'll still get something pretty epic.

If you know what some of those scenes represent in the preview, it might look even better. I have been told by others who have already seen it that it is even better then this week, which makes good sense. :word:

I do not know what people expect from the HotU. I highly doubt it will be anything like the book. They don't have another 10 million to splash on one scene. Come on people.

And really who cares about the HotU with [BLACKOUT]Jon v. The Halfhand and the three blast[/BLACKOUT]. :woot:

It was his whole nose in the book. Where his nose used to be is just a big scar running across his face. I imagine it would have cut into their effects budget, because that is really the only way to remove half his nose without covering his face in prostetics which only hinders his acting. I'm glad they didn't cut his nose off like in the book.

Yeah, next week has the potential to be epic.

Is there a reason we are spoiling that Tyrion survives...

Next week can't come any sooner

Hot diggidy damn that was a cool episode. Such an awesome battle. The Hound has really grown on me.

yeah. tyrion was probably really shocked that his own solider sliced him across the face trying to kill him. Also no way would they kill tyrion off by a unknown no face. i figure if he died it would be stark style where its a cool 5 minutes of omg omg omg.

Cheek, face, it wasnt that much to kill him.

And so glad to have Loras back on the scene.

The Hound suddenly reminds me of that line from The Rock where super-killer-badass Sean Connery says "In retrospect, I'd rather have been a poet, or a farmer."
