How the hell do you always make it into SDCC? I actually put a little effort in waiting for the site to come back up to get tickets and before I knew it, it was already down. I accuse you of sorcery!

You didn't know? That's the only to effectively secure a trip to SDCC.

Where you been?

WTF!?! Is this gonna be R rated!?
The tagline is ""Fu**ing your s*** up, February 2012"". Ghost Rider is urinating fire! Throwing up fire. He's on fire.

I'm getting a crazy R rated B-movie vibe here. Could this be really a GR film with balls?

Really? I mean granted his style of acting makes him very hit or miss but how could you hate films like Leaving Las Vegas and Raising Arizona? A film of his I love SOLELY for his performance is Vampire's Kiss. That is Nic Cage at his finest. :P The problem with Ghost Rider is that it was just a mess and Cage had a lot of crowbarred humor in there that came off really forced and awkward. I hope this time around we get the naturally entertaining Cage.

I just never liked his style. He plays all of his character roles in the same style in everyone of his films. He doesn't try to change at all. This is my view of him, I guess we all have an actor that we can't stand, mine's just Nick Cage.

I really didn't like the first one (saw it only once -in cinemas-, that's not good for someone that watches the same movies over and over).

However, I'm willing to give this thing a chance. Mark Steven Johnson shouldn't be allowed to work on a comic book movie again. Plus, those posters are actually pretty damn good.

I got this off the Marvel Movies Facebook page. Comments from people who saw the footage. Sorry if this was already posted.

Alex Billington/First Showing: Spirit of Vengeance footage was badass! He has a flaming skull pretty much all the time, flaming bike too, I'm sold on it!

Latino Review: sizzle reel looks like Neveldine/Taylor had free will on shooting how they want to. Reel looks nuts. Ghost Rider pisses fire.

David Ehrlich: GHOST RIDER 2 looks pretty badass for a movie i'll drunkenly see half of on late-night cable 18 months from now.

Mikey Piff: The footage from Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance was badass. Crazy stunts and tons of action!

Fused Film: Saw an exclusive trailer for Ghost Rider Spirit ofVengeance - it looks like they're doing it right this time.

Albert Patrick: I can say this so far about "Ghost Rider : Spirit of Vengeance," it's got awesome effects and kinetic directing.

Rob Keyes: Ghost Rider: Spirit of the Vengeance is what the first Ghost Rider should have been.

Sounds good enough for me!

When are we going to be able to see the trailer?

Oh and I'm not sold on Ghost Rider pissing and vomitting fire, especially when he could just blast it from his hands.

[BLACKOUT]SPOILER: Ghost Rider gets shot up in the face then spits the bullets back in the guy's face.[/BLACKOUT]

[BLACKOUT]So he get's shot in the face then he spits the bullets out of his mouth?[/BLACKOUT]

Any word on the rating? Was the shown footage like R or PG-13? The tag line is really R looking.

Alright alright, that's good. I'm liking this.

Someone said something about it being rated R? Is that true?

the devil did it in end of days :awesome:

So are there any in-depth descriptions of the footage shown? Or is pissing and vomiting fire all we're gonna get for now? :p

An R-rated badass Ghost Rider is just what the franchise needs...

...but.

I'm getting a Punisher: War Zone vibe here. As in: too little, too late. Sure, all the Punishers were Rated R, but WZ was what Frank Castle was *supposed* to be, and wound up bombing.

I just wonder if enough of the GA will give this one a second chance after being disappointed by the watered-down first installment.

The difference between what this could be and Punisher: War Zone is that there seems to be competant directors and a decent script, PWZ had neither of those things.

Fox and Sony are doing their best to polish up their Marvel films.
