I just found out who the director of this movie and this movie has like no hope. The directors worked for Jonah Hex and Gamer.

And they had little to do with Jonah Hex. They wrote the script, and the studio re-wrote it.

Its a shame how Jonah Hex ended up. But yeah, in my eyes Neveldine/Taylor haven't done a bad movie yet. Both Cranks were delicious as was Gamer. I'm expecting an equally tasty GR movie.

I enjoyed Gamer more than the Crank movies...but I could've done without the big greased up dude controling Kable's wife...ughh

Who knows though....he could've been a kid... but why take the risk?

Yeah its unfair to hate on Neveldine and Taylor for Jonah Hex. It went through rewrites, direction drama, and studio cuts. That movie was a studio screw-up. If anything had they let Neveldine and Taylor use their script, gave them the director chairs, and let them have an R rating Jonah Hex might have actually turned out pretty decent.

Even though i'm not a big fan of Neveldine/Taylor, its true that Jonah Hex ending up the way it did was not their fault, their script was a lot closer to the character than the movie ended up being.

And they wrote it. Not directed it. You can't judge talents on the writing soley. A good director might take a bad script, and beef it up, but a bad director can totally destroy a well written script.

Also, so true. There are a lot of great scripts being destroyed by lazy directors or even studio suits.

Man, I really hope someday they can make a craze Crank like Ghost Rider film with a hard R.

But also there are certain actors that can make a bad film watchable. Nicolas Cage can pull it off with his unique style of acting. Vampire's Kiss would be an unwatchable borefest without his performance in that. Ghost Rider his performance felt forced. I hope this time around we get a more natural Nic Cage performance.

Ghost Rider Teaser trailer will be out next week according to Facebook:

"Get ready for the new teaser trailer coming next week... it's a scorcher."
